I ordered a dress, it came 10 days after but quality was horrible! I send 2 emails to them and they finally answered and said bc the stores are out of the country, it would cost me a lot of money to send back. They are willing to give me 30% refund and I could keep the dress. I don't want the dress bc the quality is REALLY cheap.I think this company is a scam and please do yourself a favor and don't order anything from Jardinvue!

please never try this website…

Customers please never try this website ever! I order dress 10 days ago and each time i check its not shipped yet. they keep asking for confirmation of address and not knowing where my order!! I keep replying to the emails and never heard from them !! Send my dress now!! Or i will make return and hope you will give my money back or i will see a good lawyer!!

Avoid at any cost

The quality is questionable, and the return has to be made in the US. But it is impossible to return the articles, they no longer answer to any of my emails (8 of them up to this point).
Update: even if it took too long (order placed in april and refund in july), they made the refund and responded to my emails.

Really great customer service

Really great customer service! The dresses I initially ordered did not fit my body very well.. and I reached out to their customer service for a refund..they informed me that the shipping for returns would cost a lot as their warehouse was located outside of the USA.. as a consolation.. they said I could keep the current order and gave me store credit to pick out new items that i liked ☺️☺️

Ordered a dress that never arrived

Ordered a dress that never arrived. Company are requesting I return the item, covering the cost of postage to return while acknowledging that the item was lost in transit. Worst customer service ever. No refund provided. Avoid at all costs. Better off throwing your money down the toilet. You'd get as much for your £. Only giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Total scam.

Jardinvue .. a frustrating experience

I recently placed an order but when the items arrived they didn’t suit .As there wasn’t a return address on the website I emailed the company only to receive a response giving me alternative options . I replied that I just wanted to return the items but I didn’t receive a response I have sent three further emails ,none of which have been responded to. I have been left feeling very frustrated and disappointed with Jardinvue .. I have read other reviews with customers having had the same experience . I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased from the site .

Very poor quality dress

Very poor quality dress. I purchased a influencer dress that is floral, tie back and maxi length. I am a size 6. I ordered a medium staying safe as this is me going out on a limb for a company I thought based on photos and prices had trendy items for less money and newer online.

After receiving the dress I tried it on carefully tags attached and it seemed like a small or extra small. Maybe Chinese sizes?? I immediatley emailed for a return. I saw the policy online was email within 7 days. I did. They're is also no phone number??..... I emailed 3 more times with order number attached to email and detail about sizing and quality. No response. Still...... its past the return window. I am stuck with a dress of such poor polyester quality, scratchy, see through, poor sizing... and worth maybe $30. I paid $75 thinking hey, it seems fair for a high quality maxi dress.

WRONG... STEER CLEAR... SCAM COMPANY... NO RETURNS AVAILABLE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

STEALERS!!!

YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE! They are not sending my money back, even though I didn't get the package, and they are not responding to my emails. When I got into the site to track my order, I read that it was sent back to them. Nobody even contacted me.

Read reviews before purchase.

Update from first review. Despite responding to my review and requesting I contact them with details of my issue I have had no response to several follow up mails I have sent. I would not recommend buying from this site. Their initial responses are very fast until you purchase something and have an issue. Then communication dries up. Two stars for fast delivery and initial speedy and courteous customer service. Once item arrived and was very ill fitting despite my following the measurements guide I was offered the option of selecting a replacement item which I accepted. Once I forwarded the details of the item I heard nothing despite requesting confirmation several times. I'm disappointed as I would have considered using this site based on my initial interaction but having looked at other reviews I see now that follow up once you have made a purchase is non existent. I was asked for an honest review and this is it. I would be happy to update this if the agreement made is honoured. Buyer beware.

Your approach is outrageous

Your approach is outrageous! I have been waiting for weeks for a return label and I want my money back! I haven't even received two products! THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK FOR RETURNS

I ordered five dresses and they were all too small. Even the measurements on the website were off. I returned them and they didn't even send me half of what I spent. It's a complete scam, DO NOT TRUST THEM. One dress was good material, the other four were thin and not well made.

Dresses or not like the photos that’s honestly too bad. They would never return any item they will just give different solutions other than returning the item. Too bad honestly I would not repeat the experience Again will reclaim it to my Visa and consider it as a fraud not reliable purchase.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam sadly. They take pictures from other websites and try to recreate it in a very cheap way. The dress was $70 with the quality of shein. It was just one thin layer of fabric and didn’t even look like the picture. Then they continue to scam by making you pay for shipping if you want to return. I ended up paying $20 for the return. Do not shop here.

I wrote a review and got an email saying that I had two days to reply or my review would be deleted! I replied to the email and it bounced back to me! That’s why I’m posting this second review!.
I don’t understand why they have such an unfriendly return policy. I shop online a lot and never had any issues when I requested a return label. Actually, some businesses send a return label with the order and don’t even ask why the client wants to return the order. However, this company tried to make me keep the merchandise by offering discounts and making it difficult to return the items. Finally, after exchanging several emails, they sent me a label saying I had to pay $9 dollars for shipping. I’ve never seen anything like this and will not order from them again because they were trying to force me to keep the items.
Total scam! After telling me that they were based in Europe they sent me a return address from NJ!

Horrible service

As previous bad reviews stated, the return process is a nightmare. The dress I ordered looks nothing like the pictured shown on their website (I received an cheap knockoff version of the dress). When e-mailed they decided for me that the shipping costs are too expensive so they gave me 2 options: 40% off the dress and to keep the dress and an exchange service even when I stated I just want the return address so I can return the dress and get a full refund. I’ve sent an email that I don’t accept the two options and just want the return address and a full refund. I’m still waiting on an answer but I’ve never experienced something like this. Beware!
