Seemed very professional, courteous and willing to work out our slightly complicated move in conjunction with the property we are buying.

However, before they even give us the full quotation they tell us they can no longer accommodate our removal date.

They have wasted our and our buying property owners’ time, leaving us with very little time to try to arrange alternative removals.

It smacks of discarding us to do smaller, more local moves that probably provide greater profit.

Customers seemingly come second with this company.

Worst removal company I've ever experienced!
Owner is the rudest man I've ever spoken to. Was only concerned in getting his money when our sake hesitated in going through. Damaged our new stainless steel american fridge freezer and didn't even care or try to help to fix it. The lads really helped but left loads of our stuff outside the property and drove off and left us in limbo. Will never use them ever again. Owner needs to go on a course to understand the customer comes first. Not the professional outslfit they make out to be!

Chris' quote was over £1,000 cheaper than the next cheapest so it was a no-brainer to go with Jarretts. All the staff in the office were polite, helpful and reassuring and when it came to the actual 2 day move the guys could not have worked harder or been more efficient. Nothing was a problem for them and they kept laughing and smiling throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate in using Jarretts again or recommending them to others. Thanks to all the staff for providing a great service in what was an incredibly stressful few months.

Highly professional, efficient, courteous and respectful. A pleasure to have in our homes during the move, They took all the stress away and effortlessly moved even the heaviest of items without any fuss. The office backup was first class with great communication and understanding. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish. Lovely chaps helped move between the two houses go seamlessly. They couldn’t have done more. Will definately recommend the A Team !!
