Good communication ...one of my parcels came next day ..had to send something back it was so easy and git a refund within a couple of days 😁
Ordered goods on Wednesday and delivered today. Communication was fantastic throughout as one item was sadly out of stock. But the main item that is a Christmas Present is beautiful.

Please don't go near this company,they are rip-offs. They will charge 3 or 4 times the price advertised and you will never get your purchase. They scared my bank 3 times. Be warned. Graeme.

This site is a ripoff they take your money and never send the product I tried to contact but can't get thru tell every one don't buy from this site also complain to your credit card company
This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. Their products look ridiculously cheap. What they do is accept your payment and send you a tracking number. But what arrives is a tiny trinket worth next to nothing. They will claim that your real order must be lost in the post and promise to re-send. But then they will send a new tracking number that belongs to someone else with a different delivery address. While you are waiting for months and months for it not to arrive - they are probably making copies of your credit card and intend to sell them to the highest bidder. It's called "click bait".

I ordered 2 suitcases’s, but Jarrods Store cheated on me and sent a little small bag instead. Now the only refund 50 % of my payment or me to return the little small bag with info from the original package, which I did not save.
