No problem with the lids that I purchased, but I was surprised to find them loose inside the cardboard box that they came in. I would prefer a liner inside the outer box

The order process was easy, the bottles do appear to be very well made, the delivery was ontime, however the packaging was a fail the bottles were rolling around in the box, thankfully with no breakages so proves the quality of the glass.

Good price efficiently packed and delivered

The jars are great and arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I just wish the packaging was better as the jars are not tightly packed. The slip out of the cardboard separators and so get bashed about in transit. Last box had several broken, thankfully this package didn't but more luck than judgement I think.

The bottles and caps purchased from J&B are excellent, every bit as good as described and very well packed for transport. The buying experience was simple and communications very good with comprehensive invoices and delivery notes provided very quickly.

The only part of the purchase which was poor, very poor, was the delivery itself. This was contracted out to DPD, whose performance was a complete shambles.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&B (Pattesons Glass) products but it might be worth asking if they can despatch by a different courier.
