Love this belt. It's tacti-cool but still professional looking. I'm a woman who works in management for the security department at a nuclear powerplant so I'm required to dress business casual. This belt is not so masculine that I can't pull it off but is very appropriate for my job. I have a number of women's Jasgood belts as well and love all of them. Great product and you can't beat the price!
