I had a 1-hour mentoring call with Jason Patterson (aka the "Short Lease King") about a 2-bed flat in Chelsea, which I found through a handwritten leaflet I dropped myself.

Jason’s knowledge and experience with short lease deals is so impressive. He explained exactly what to do, step by step, and shared several different options. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable in this particular strategy. His Short Lease Course is in-depth and has opened my eyes to the possibilities in this space!
He is one of the few people who focus on property strategy rather than turning this into another sales funnel. His training is also up to date and is relevant to the current market because he himself is still active in this space, he is also the most unassuming guy too, which is so refreshing to see! Highly recommend!
