Pretty bad dating app i get tons of likes from woman but magicly youl never swipe any match i wonder why !! Way to much advertisement and fake accounts .

Not trusted at all.
Nobody is genuine.
Fake and only fake profile on the web.
Always asking for money all the time to send message etc by Jaumo.
The should learn from baddoo.

My name is varsha Taral. I am From Mumbai Suburban basically. Someone has created fake profile making use of my photos I have proofs which my friend sent me.I am not a actor,I am common girl.I have seen many fake profiles on this app basically this is misuse of girl life as well as boy life.I am not on any dating app also i dont support but this pathetic this is app for sexual purpose.This is not only my personal problem but i m sure many people facing this.There is arise of question of Data & privacy?
Plz take action & block this account I have attach screenshot of fake profile on your app otherwise if you are not taking any action I will file officially complaint!!

For me, is the best app for dating but yesterday gone wrong.
Like, I made an another account again, and I saw all the people from 18 to 20 years, but I saw only gay boys/mens, and I couldn’t find the one I want, and also yesterday ended up the all people and the app told me to wait some time to appear many more people.
Well, I’ve waited the whole night but didn’t appear those new people today and I can’t see who liked me or visited me and I don’t even receive so many messages like I used to.
Please, remmediate this app. Thank you x

I downloaded the Jaumo app and within 24 hours had over a thousand dollars in fraudulent charges on my debit account. I have reported these people to the FBI fraud department and DO NOT AUTHORIZE any additional payments or any other account activity on my behalf. This app is a SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

This company is a scam. I have cancelled my account before my subscription renewal.
And it said was deleted, and was not , and I have realized that the day after when they charged me the monthly subscription. Basically they sent me a mail that you have to press the button to delete the account.
So I have contacted instantly the support asking the refound, and they didn't refound me the money .
Basically the stole me 13 dollars.

Total waste of money and time nothing but nigerian scammers. Had many very beautiful women sending likes but once I connected with them some were very aggressive to meet and even requested sponsorship to visit me..... send money to Google Pay account for plane, bus and even phone minutes (Haha). So I asked two of these lovely ladies to write my name on a piece of paper and send a photo and of course they said no "trust me honey" (Hahahaha). Do not waste your oney on this app....

I installed jaumo app in my android in the middle of October. I registered as a simple member.
Totally until now, I received 21 likes, while other 20 ladies visited my profile.
I would like to see the profiles of all the above ladies. However, it is impossible, if you are not a VIP member.
I don't want to be a VIP member, because i dont want to pay subscription.
Additionally, the only criteria is the age and the distance. I think that more filters should exist (for example, ethnicity or language spoken).

I bought a premium account on the JOYRIDE app.
After reinstalling it on my phone I found out I forgot the password.
I asked for a password reset..
Now I am 4 weeks further in time, 14 e-mails, sending multiple time proof of my identity, my payment, my credentials, setting up new non-premium-accounts... and they keep asking me the same questions over and over without solving my issue.
Each time you respond to their message, another agent responds in the same (stupid) way. Their mail offers a link for feedback on their sevice.. but if you choose it you get a dead link.
So in short, the app is nice, but the support sucks big time.
I want my money back I can't get it back.

This is the standard reaction on bad reviews..
Their response is not personal but an autoreply... only trying to keep up their (fake) reputation

Charged me $45 for a 3month subscription I didn't want.
*Update: I got a refund through Google so turned out ok , but still a bit complicated to avoid auto billing. I did not even intend to request the VIP features.Must have triggered the button accidentally as touch screens on mobile set off by hovering finger sometimes.

i have been into online dating for more than 15 years now and i gotta say i really like the interface of the app but 99.9% of profile are fake.
I Actually try for a week to say hello to 500 women a day in Usa, south america and europe. out of 500, i will get 400 answers but only 10 will actually take the time to visit my profile, that means that 390 ( top model with only 1 picture on their profile) answer to a stranger without even checking his profile first. then i asked them where they were from and again in more than 90 of the cases, their answer was different thant the location on their profile. then they never have facebook or whatsapp but they are trying to get you on hangout app where anybody can have a profile. sorry to say it but this app has been overtaken by nigerians scammer...a total waste of time

Total scam
1: I cancel my membership, but they still charged money.
2: Its just a waste of time, Lots of fake profiles , not many people will reply or stay active at all.
3: the accounts that work are people from Germany and non speaking English.
4: customer service??: they have no email, telephone number or even office address.

Don't bother.. you are welcome :-).

Ban this app. My boyfriend used it and I was unaware of the fact that he is using it. You should ban dating apps.

Not really the dating site i expected.. when you offer a free app dont have to keep asking the new member to became vip. In order to be able to communicate whith people .. let them like the application and then they will ask to be Vip... It appers as a scam. Also too many adds...

From a month or two ago, I somehow were getting LIKES from the site that I'd never joined. What I thought were military men, we're actually Nigerian scammers, looking for women with bank account in which to scam their way by INTICING you concerning a 'BENEFICIARY ' FUND! THEY HAVE STOLEN PHOTOS AND PRETEND TO BE MILITARY OFFICERS IN LAGOS. 😤😤😤😤

Don't waste your time! Loads of fake profiles and you can only message 'the most popular users' if you become a 'VIP'. You're then tricked into becoming a 'VIP for free' by downloading third party apps etc. (you actually get no rewards for doing this).
