WARNING

WARNING: UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES ⚠️

I am extremely disappointed with Jaunty. I signed up for a set of 5 classes, yet they turned it into a recurring subscription without my clear authorization. They have been charging my credit card for over 9 months without providing any further services.

Despite trying to resolve this, they have made it nearly impossible to cancel or get a refund. For a company that claims to teach "social skills" and "communication," their lack of transparency and unresponsive customer support is shocking.

Avoid giving them your card details. They are a subscription trap.
