I've not encoutered a more frustrating or bigger heap of S H * * product in my life. This sensor is so bad, made in China, fails all the time that I tossed it in the garbage. I ordered in 2024 and didn't pick it up from my PO Box immediately, but upon charging and testing it out, the problems already started. It would not capture bluetooth properly, it would glitch and start before the athlete started, or not at all. It would tell you to click ready, then say it failed, and then I noticed if it was anything over 10m it would unpair and the app would not be able to detect the sensor. Keep in mind it has distances for speed evaluation of up to 100yd and therefore shouldn't cut out at 30yd. I was so frustrated with the product I shelved it until now. I used it a dozen times back in 2024. Trying to start it up again was a challenge. It took 24 hours before it even recognized the sensor in the charging dock, or that was how long it took to charge. I finally paired it again with my app and after a few glitches doing the 10yd test, it finally worked. We went to the 30yd test and it kept de-coupling again. Frustrating piece of garbage, china made with nice box and marketing. I'm just going to throw it out because back in 2024 after the first few uses when I asked for a refund they said it was past the due date. I understand that, but I hadn't used it right away. They don't care about customer service, but more importantly they don't care about putting out a good product and for that....STEER CLEAR, this thing is junk.
