Complete lack of professionalism and…

Complete lack of professionalism and respect.

We can not be more disappointed and dissatisfied from the service we received from Jay and his so called company.
We have a 7 month border terrier who is an absolute dream but wanted to make sure we were in the correct and controlled environment to safely socialize him. Jay assured us that his own dog who he would be using was trained and well behaved. This could not have been further from the truth when Jay took control of our dog, who was on a long lead, and proceeded to allow his dog to interact with ours his dog instantly attacked our puppy. This was in no way a correction but a full on attack with absolutely no provocation whatsoever from our puppy! After eventually getting his dog off ours Jay wanted to terminate the lesson because he had lost control of the situation and with no apology or ownership of the situation tried to blame us for it. We are still amazed how Jay thought this was acceptable. Jay and his dog need a lesson in manners and behaviour, ironic really. And to add insult to injury, during the lesson he had already given us his dogs bagged dog mess to look after and expected us to get rid of it.

I hope no one else gets to experience this unacceptable behaviour.
