Great Company
Great company, great products and great customer service. We rang the company to check if the goods would arrive on the date it said on their website. We were pleasantly surprised on how kind and friendly the whole team were and of course the items arrived on the date we expected and were excellent quality goods.

Outstanding customer service
I ordered a number of items for our business to support our lone workers. Communication was excellent. We had problems with the delivery company, but Jax resolved the issue without hesitation. Contact was easy, the response was friendly and amenable. I will use Jax again when we need any further equipment, and would absolutely recommend them.

Quick response with a personal touch
Although the item was out of stock, I received a phone call straight away advising me of this. I was told it would be with me by the end of the week, which it was. They also refunded my next day delivery charge, as they couldn't deliver the item on the next day. Very happy with the service I received.

Excellent Personal Service
I found JAX on an internist search and ordered some last minute equipment I needed for a training event. Unfortuneately JAX were let down by the Post Office who failed to deliver the first class mail within the time stated. I emailed JAX and to my utter surprise I got an answer within minutes, they were really helpful and genuine. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and I will definitely be using this company again. The equipment did arrive in time for the training and was of excellent quality.
