I did a review back on 13 September
Regarding the broken spare wheel winder on my Range Rover
Which was done while trying to Re install the spare wheel
I received a reply back on the 28 of September which stated that jax would source a new spare wheel winch and install it
After a few weeks of hearing nothing I called Jax Aspley and spoke with the Franchise owner
Who’s said that they would get back to me once they had sourced the wheel winch
And I passed on the phone number of the supplier
For a new wheel winch
It is now 22 of January and still no further contact from Jax regarding the spare wheel wheel winch
also no wheel alignment booked in for the new tyres this is now 5 months
I have now purchased a new spare wheel winch and will be installing it
I would appreciate being reimbursed my cost
$275.00 which I have the receipt
and also have the alignment and wheel balance and rotation done
Please get back to me ASAP not in 6 months

Couldn't balance tyres if there life depended on it. Had to come back on several occassions after buying tyres to get the balance checked.

We recently had an issue with a tyre on a trip from Ballina after a fellow motorist had indicated we had a problem with the tyre on our caravan. We called into Jax Tyres at Logan and were immediately attended to by a very helpful young man. He quickly changed the offending tyre which was very irregularly worn on one side. When we went in to pay for the tyre change we were told it was no charge, which was a wonderful gesture by this business. Thank you so much to all at Jax Tyres Logan.

I rang Jax Aspley to book my car in to have my tyres check and they were so accommodating. Discussed prices and my concerns.
When I arrived they took my car in immediately and I was able to continue working in their waiting area.
When completed what was going on with the tyres was explained and again my questions were answered. The price was excellent and the car running so much better. Thank you to Aspley JAX

Called into Jax Tyres Bayswater after a phone call to the Manager. Even though my visit was at lunch time, my flat tyre was repaired and refitted immediately without any hassle. Always happy with Jax Bayswater, helpful service with a smile.

I took my car to Jax tyres in Preston for a MAJOR service guess what they did they did minor service didn’t reset the tyre symbol or the service symbol they put 2 different kinds of oil in my car they charge me for major service they put injected cleaner in a diesel car and now the car is making so much noise funny noises they didn’t put the battery properly and the car stoped in the busy road and I had to take it to the dealer to get it fixed the dealer told me that the electrical inside the car is fried told Jax in Preston they refusing to do anything not answering my calls or messages Jax Preston send me one email after so many messages and unanswered phone calls saying that there insurance will take care of it but when I spoke to the insurance THEY told me THAT the WRONG service and charging for major service When they only did minor service putting 2 different kinds of oil the insurance doesn’t deal with these so Jax Tyres Preston what have you done to fix this problem so far nothing my car is making so much noise now Jax Tyres Preston I had no issues with my car before I had the service

I bought tyres 3 months ago continental brand, which the staff told me the best brand, when I went today for 3 months check up, Jason the staff member told me one of the tyre need replacing, but it is Not covered under warranty As tyre only drive 25000 km only , they told me that these tyres are very good one that’s why I put that tyres, after that Jason told me to go and he cannot change the tyres and talking very rudely with me . I had very bad experience with him. I will never go there again.

We just visited the Prahran store - Colleen on reception was so nice and helpful and got us back on the road within 20mins! We highly recommend the Tax team for all things car service related. Cheers Keith and Luke (South Yarra)

I have found Jax tyres cheapest from other quotes in Moorabbin area and have now had a lot of tyres balanced and repaired by them for my cars. They are polite and while I was waiting I watched a lady have a puncture repair but then he checked and pumped up all tyres, she wouldn't have known! Great Service

The customer service is fantastic. They are friendly and always willing to assist. They don’t disappoint.

Great customer service. Rockhampton branch. Prompt. Great advice on which tyre suited and listened to what I wanted. Being a female, with no tyre knowledge, no sarcastic double talk. Well done team. Awesome experience. Definatley will be back.

Easy phone booking. Polite on arrival. Called when ready, polite and friendly on the phone. Polite and friendly on pick up. Excellent all round.

You would think that fixing a simple puncture from a screw in tyre would be something they could manage. Nope came out they have scratched my mag. Took all the flat shiny surface off the rim. Left all the black grease all over it. They told me I will need new tyres soon on the front. Well I will never be back to buy tyres or to fix a puncture.

Jax Tyres Heatherbrae...Tried to get 2 brand new tyres out of us by failing our inspection. Took the car to somewhere else, whom I even questioned re the tread on the tyres..passed with flying colours. Not only tried to rip us off but was rude and arrogant on the phone. Stick your 'service', we won't be back...

I took in my Range Rover
To get a tyre repaired and after the tyre was removed from the rim was told it was unable to be repaired .
So I booked the car in for 2 new tyres to be fitted to the front, a wheel alignment and my spare to be returned to the under vehicle carrier.
I left the car with them for about 1 hour
And upon returning was told that The wheel winch for the spare was jammed once it had been wound half way down and would not go up or down
So they we’re going to remove and a repair
What was damaged,
I was then also told that the wheel alignment machine was not working and they would rebook it for the following week.
After 2 days of driving around with my spare wheel in The back of the car I called Jax
And was told that a couple of staff members had looked at the wheel winch and were unable to fix it so the guy on the phone said he would take it home as he had other tools
And would fix it.
The following day I get a call from the girl in the office to say they were unable to fix it
And gave me a quote of $495.00
Which I said I think Jax should be paying for this as it was working fine when it was brought in
Then I had the manager come to the phone denying they had damaged it and said it was already broken
If that was the case why was the staff trying to repair it?
He then said I would have to pay for a new one which he said was a cost of $495
I had already called and had a price for a new one for $250
So I said to the manager I will meet you half way with the cost of your quote
So he would pay me $250
And he came back to me and said he would pay half of my quote for $125
They would happily charge me $495 for something they broke but wont even pay me
Half of that quote they offer me half of my cost
I will be reinstalling it myself
This has been 3 weeks now I still haven’t been called to book in the roadworthy
And still have spare wheel in the back of the car
And they still have the winder that they removed
I would expect to have a new spare wheel winder fitted to my car to replace the one that was broken
And the cost of a wheel alignment thrown in for the inconvenience
As I know if the wheels start to wear on one side they won’t cover this because there was no alignment done

Went to forster store ordered new rims and tyres sales person was patronizing I think his name was Andrew.as they were a local store I went ahead after being told they would be ordered and delivered the next day after not hearing anything for 3 days I contacted them for the next few days only to get the same response that they don’t now where they are it’s being 10 days now and haven’t heard back from them. Got the same rims and tyres from another dealership today can’t understand why they are like this

The services was great. I got 2 new tyres and a wheel Alignment on Saturday 15th of August 2020. I wasn't impressed by lossing 2 hubcaps, 1 on Saturday 15/8/20 and the another 1 on Sunday the 16/8/20

Tweed Heads Jax. Been going here for years, consistently excellent service. Bought a newer set of wheels for my Audi A6 Allroad, and tyres. Unfortunately the newer wheels had a slightly bigger hub size. Jax rang around and found a local guy who could make the adaptors to make the wheels fit. No charge. These guys are experts in their field.

I must admit i had neglected my car maintenance, so when i took it into JAX in Prahran, i was not looking forward to what was to come. However, the comprehensive list (not unexpected) of what needed repairing was totally explained and a scheduled course of repairs over the following few weeks was put in place. After the majority of work was done, i can honestly say my car has never been so great to drive. The new Michelin tyres are amazing (quiet and they seriously hold the road), the engine is running as smooth as silk and i have already noticed the massive improvement in fuel economy. Cant throw enough accolades at the JAX team, bloody brilliant service and clearly first rate tech skills. 10/10
