I bought a tennis bracelet from here. It was very well made and looked beautiful. Had to exchange it for a smaller size because it was a bit too long. Return itself was easy. Had some issues once they received my exchange but I reached out to customer service and they took care of it right away. Overall had a great experience with them!

They don’t hold up their warranty
They said they had a warranty and wouldn’t honor it when the cold starting wearing off almost immediately. We went back and forth a bunch and they would not help or refund. My necklace is now silver and not gold. Their clams are bogus and their warranty is non existent.
