Did not honor their warranty

Did not honor their warranty. My necklace arrived orange then after I wore it for a while and it turned the actual color of gold Then turn brown copper. When I purchase the necklace I was told I would have a lifetime warranty that covers one replacement over the life of the necklace so I reached out for my replacement They refused to honor

Helpful customer service

Had received my 22”rope chain but it was too small for so I requested an exchange to 24” and it was smooth transition just got to wait for it to be delivered now.

Bait and switch!

Bait and switch!

I ordered with free inscription. The email clearly states “easy returns and exchanges” but now they’re saying no refunds because the clasp (that is easily replaced by a jeweler) has the inscription they promoted. Never dealing with them again.

*Update. Replying to their response.
2175145 is my order number. I spoke to two reps already and they told me it’s in the FAQ but disregard the fact that it says “easy returns” under the “free engraving” in the email. It’s a perfect example of bait and switch when you deny the return.

*Update. They emailed me separately.
“ You can check the FAQ section about the returns policy.”
I responded, “ Apparently not or it would say it in the email. You hid the exclusion to the policy in the FAQ and it wasn’t clearly stated anywhere throughout the ordering process.”

Bottoms line, all they’re saying is that it’s buried in the policy that they purposely hid in order to deceive, bait and switch.

*Update. They offered me a $50 gif card for a false 5 star review. THE WEBSITE IS OFFERING $57 TO EVERYONE!
What a joke.

I ordered a few different chain's from…

I ordered a few different chain's from JAXXON and upon receiving the products I realized both sets were a little small for my liking. Reached out to their customer service and representative STACEY was very helpful with getting an exchange made to satisfy me. Will definitely shop with JAXXON again.

Wrong size

I had an issue with ordering the wrong size. I did get a quick response on the exchange. I then had an issue with them, scheduling the new shipment on the dates that I would be out of town. I was frustrated that no one was responding to my emails and I was finally able to get somebody on the phone and Avery helped me even when I got frustrated. We figured everything out scheduling and shipping. Avery was so kind throughout the whole process. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this company. The jewelry is so beautiful. Overall customer service experience was good.
