Jay was the head chef at our wedding last weekend. Everything was stunning. Guests commented on how the food was above and beyond. As well as our main wedding meal he catered delicious evening meals for our family and a cracking barbecue on the Sunday all again truly exceptional.
All that and he's a really nice guy to boot - can't recommend him enough
First time at Jay's pop up restaurant and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was buzzing and the food was amazing. Presented perfectly with such care and so tasty :) Will definitely be back for another!

His retreats are just perfect , Jay and Diana work very hard to make it relaxed fun and lots to do or not , if you feel like just curling up with a book that’s good too.
Met some very lovely people on the last retreat and already booked on the next one ( my 3rd )
We went in Jays first retreat and both of us were totally amazed! The food was so fresh, bountiful and delicious! Jay gave amazing cookery lessons and we have since changed the way we eat considerably.
Weight loss, clearer minds, improved moods are all a result of the retreat. The relaxation was special and indulgent BUT so necessary!
Daily yoga, walks, massages were outstanding too.
Every meal was delicious and so good for us.
We’ve since booked for Cornwall in Sept and Portugal in April.
Really can’t recommend these retreats any higher and in my opinion they’re excellent value for mono too.
The setting was gorgeous and attention to detail excellent, food was interesting delicious and plentiful and well presented.
The whole weekend had a really cool vibe and nothing was too much trouble.
Jay, Diana and team created a really good experience which I intend to repeat next year.
I ordered Jay's, Vegan Mother's Day afternoon Tea for my 82 year old mother. She's an omnivore and absolutely loved her tea. It was very generous, and fed two of them .Delivery was excellent, very well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend and will be trying the evening meal menu next.
