My computer has been there for months. A few times when I turned it on, it said, "I'll call you back later today," but it never did. Now, for two weeks, I've been calling all the numbers and no one answers.

I urgently needed a couple of long data cables and, despite multiple telephone calls to various shops, had been unable to source any. locally.
When I called Jay, he was busy on another call, so I moved on. Despite me not having left a message, he called me back ten minutes later, discussed my requirements with me (which wasn't easy since I don't really do computers), and came up with a solution at a sensible price.
I immediately drove down to his shop and was able to collect the cables there and then.
I would say that Jay is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will have no hesitation whatsoever in using him again should the need ever arise.

I purchased a used MacBook Air from Jay sometime ago; the price was very competitive, but the best part is his after sales service. I’m not a wizard when it comes to computers; Jay helped me out and showed me how to use an alternative version to office. He was a life saver 😊. We must support these small independent businesses as they offer 1-2-1 service, and you’re not passed onto a different sales agent. I definitely recommend Jay’s Computer Services; next time when I’m in the market for another laptop/computer, Jay’s will be my first port of call.

My laptop had been problematic for a while and finally the screen would not work. It had a lot of important (to me) data on it. I feared I would have to buy a new laptop and some of my data would be lost.
I took it to Jay's Computer Services on Nantwich Road in Crewe and over the next few days identified the problem and fixed it for me, all for a very reasonable price. It feels like a new laptop now. Very happy with the service.

Issues with my 14 month old laptop immediately resolved, with demonstration of how to solve it myself if there's a next time. This business does genuinely care about doing the job properly and precisely and keeping the customer fully informed. Upfront, realistic pricing. Excellent.

With Win 8.1 coming to an end we took my wife's laptop into Jay to be upgraded to Win 10. On Win 8.1 it was running like a snail. By adding some memory and swapping to an SSD Jay got it goung beautifully.

This year my desktop started playing up with Win 10 updates and performing slowly. Jay has got that sorted out.

Rang Jay's for support as I couldn't get my printer to scan to my pc. After patiently spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with me exploring a number of possible solutions he succeeded in getting my printer/pc to work.... and when asked how much that would be he said there was no cost. What a star !!!
I have no hesitation in recommending him for repairs or tech support for anyone with pc issues.

Google searched and found "Jay's Computer Services" (a local shop) who had a significant number of excellent Google reviews. Jay completed the repair extremely quickly and got me going again. He was not only fast, inexpensive and efficient, he was also very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.
