Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
After taking a look at the job, we can see that the artwork was provided to us in RGB rather than in CMYK which we require when printing. This was mentioned to you prior to the job starting, however you were happy to proceed anyway.
We then sent a photo of the print to you via email so you could see that the quality of the print, as we could see the print (which was very dark) did not have enough definition and that it would need to be checked on your side prior to printing again.
The print can only be as good as the artwork provided, so we are disappointed that you have chosen to leave a two-star review.
