Item was preordered in October 2023. It never arrived and every time I checked it said it was due to be dispatched at an upcoming future date, which obviously never happened. They wouldn’t refund me so I had to claim it back from my bank. Scam. Don’t use this website.
Very disappointed. I ordered an album on November 20th, it was “shipped” December 12. The tracking info showed that they only created a label but didn’t actually ship it. I never received the merchandise and now they’re saying it’s too late to get my money back. No contact info on their website, just a tiny question mark at the bottom of their help page.
Total disappointment! Ordered Dec 17 with over night ship for Christmas gift. Unfortunately they continue to change ship date and have yet to receive merchandise and they have my money. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company
Ordered on Dec 6. It's Jan 8 and the order hasn't even shipped. So, yeah, no Christmas records were had. Would give zero stars if possible.
