They kept warning the tickets would be released at noon. Changed my lunch to accommodate and they were not. Tried to call but after the bot it just kept ringing. Keep your word and employ more staff because if you can’t be bothered neither can I.

We went to the 1930s Jazz night in June it was great night amazing atmosphere everyone dressed up. The music was and the performers were fantastic. The decor was amazing too. The reason I have given 4 stars is because you can't take any photos with your mobile phones. They have an in house photographer which takes a photos of you and your party when you first arrive! you are told that that the photographer will come around the club and see if you want a photos at the table etc this never happened in fact we saw the photographer just hanging around at the doors to club near the bar. A week later we were saying what about the photo's we had taken when we came in. I haven't had an email etc. So my Girlfriend emailed the lost estate they replied with we are having technical problems you should have your photos in a couple of weeks! So 3 weeks later we emailed again the reply oh all the people who made the booking originally have been sent a link. We said no link! oh check your spam we did this nothing. oh try this email address in the end we had about 4 different email address all tried. Still nothing it has really pissed me off!! It wasn't a cheap night and no help either getting a taxi. They had no idea the staff who you could call to book and when you don't live around that part of the country it doesn't help.

The band was great and the enviroment looked great, but everything else was average at best. The contemporary dancers dressed like circus performers felt very out of place along with all the waiting staff who weren't in character. The bar seats were not that comfrtable and overall I'd say it was priced way too high for the quality of experience and emersion they provided.
