The worst experience I’ve ever had was with jazz cash, these people are literal thieves, will ALWAYS STEAL YOUR MONEY. They have no physical operating office. And the customer support is even worse. NEVER EVER GET YOUR FUNDS TRANSFERRED VIA JAZZ CASH. They will always end up stealing your money. Customer support people are abusive and are never willing to assist and will make your life even worse. It’s been 3 months this company has not reversed my transactions always making useless claims.

Main nay 1500 PKR transfer kea hai mobile package k lea. But balance 200 PKR show hoo raha hai. Even koi transaction bhi nahi hui. Yeh all the time same hi situation hoti hai. Main is app ko recommend nahi karta.

baqwas tareen service. I withdraw my 38 USD from payoneer and they says koe transaction nai show hori humein yaha. I am gonna delete this baqwas app

transfer money to acc. then wait 3 days for complain and another 7 days for refund. minus sat and sunday. overall money stuck for 15days. never gonna use it again. eik dafa paise return hojayin bus...toba! better to go and give cash by hand. 13407648 is the complain id if someone wants to check,

On a serious note, I want to know and I have the right to know, on what basis is JazzCash holding my money for the last 4 days?

I made an 8 thousand money transfer from my JazzCash to Faysal Bank, and though I have received an e-receipt and notification of money sent, there is no money received to the bank account.

I have also talked to Faysal bank's customer service and they have told me the issue is from the sender's end.

Whereas JazzCash customer service officers keep on telling me my issue will be resolved in three working days, either it will revert or show in the bank account (I have made two calls the first day and a call each day since, because I urgently need the money but JazzCash won't understand what I mean by urgent). I am hearing the same thing every time I call, period!

I made this transaction on Saturday since my transaction was made on weekends it cannot be processed, I understand that. But today is Wednesday, literally three working weekdays, and my issue is not resolved yet.

On a very sore note, this is not the first-time JazzCash is holding my money. You have held my money many times before either when I am sending them, or sometimes when I am receiving it, for no reason whatsoever. I went to your website and there is no mention of JazzCash holding customers' money at all. I call your customer support each time to resolve my money, your service is anything but convenient. It is a waste of energy (talking to your customer service officer when nothing gets done).

Please process my money for this one last time. I am going to delete my JazzCash account. I will never refer your service to anyone ever.

Very poor services, totally fraud team, almost 3 days my payment stuck in jazz-cash, i complaint to helpline they daily laying me that today resolve your issue wait plz but in the not solve issue, suggest please dont use jazzcash services, totally poor services 👎

This app is full of bug. A very stressful, Litchy, Non- Friendly app. This is too time consuming. Jazz Cash is wasting people precious time and company does not care about it. Even, this is not capable for 1 Star Rating.

Its really embarrassing ..a so well known application do such scams..they called me as jaz cash Insurance representatives and lied to me that they are doing a free medical facility to their clients..they asked me to insert pin just to check my balnce..i have their call from islmbd head office..a female lied to me deducted my 2500 amount i have even the recording but they didnt bother again to recive my call..plzz dont trust jaz cash too much

Jazz cash is Totally scam.2 bar card order kia or 2 bar card nahi mila or na hi refund sirf ye email mila hy.

Only one word for Jazz i.e Horrible. They are the worst service provider in Pakistan. They only know how to brag about their brands in advertisements. Focus on the product, not the influencers.

Very Bad experience
I made transaction for my m-tag account on 30th Aug 2022, amount deducted within second but amount not yet been transferred to my M-Tag account, even I had registered compliant and two working days were given to get resolve despitevi made calls (average call time 15-20 minutes)on 3rd and 4th day.
Today they gave new compliant number means you get new number after failed commitment by this fraud service.

Am not a customer of Jazzcash, but I'll tell you my issue
Firstly, I am from Egypt and Jazzcash doesn't work in my country and I have nothing to do with it

My issue started when I received my Hard earned funds from Upwork after 2 weeks of delaying
— I received 1.3K USD from Upwork to my Payoneer account on 16Aug
— in the same day, my account has been hacked or scammed and charged for 900USD by Jazzcach and other Gmail account
— I messaged the customer care services in the same hour, and they locked my account for 15 Days till today 30 Aug, they changed my account E-mail to the one that am posting this review from.
— They E-mailed me to change my password, but after i read their E-mail, i got another 3 mails from Payoneer charging my account for 200,100,85 USD

— My account balance went to Zero in the same Hour they removed the restriction from it

There is a huge security breach in Payoneer services, and they won't even admit it, but why? Because they won't give me my hard-earned money back that has been stolen by jazzcash, a company that works with Payoneer, and it's not even working in my country Egypt!
This might be the last message i write to you all because i am in debt and might be jailed soon because of Payoneer security breaches, and scammers like Jazzcash!

Jazz cash is the worst service provider which I have ever used. When we are in need of money and transfers our payment from UBL through jazz cash app to jazz cash so their application didn't work at all. I have to complain on their support every single month but didn't work at all. Jazz cash is very pathetic!!!
Further in my case it has gone extreme as i received several fake calls from jazz representative apparently as they have got and my information which i shared with jazz cash. I wish there’s some negative numbers i can show up ..
BIG NO TO JAZZCASH , NOT RECOMMENDED.
