Was a good site before it got taken over. Similar sites that the company now took over have had the same treatment. I see reviews of not getting bonuses but the terms say you only get these first deposit bonuses withing 5 sites. I have about 30 sites. Like i said. They weren't owned by same company when i first joined them. Also, any chance of crediting the world cup bonuses for this months promo. Anybody on these sites that deposited yesterday with the world cup promo get £20 bonus each as England scored 4 goals. 2 days later. Got a bonus. Wasn't £20 like the promo promised.

Pretty good choice of games. I’ve deposited more than withdraw but that’s just how it is in every slots site, you win, you loose. With the withdrawal I didn’t have any problems. It wasn’t a big win, I received the money within 30mins. Don’t know how the big winnings work. But it’s not a scam, if it was, I wouldn’t be able to withdraw even the small winnings.

Seemed like a good site. Got offered a bonus of 200%. When I entered code, it said success and I deposited £20 as required. The bonus was not added despite me sending screenshots and spending a lot of time corresponding. I did get answers to my emails, but all denying their responsibility.I do wish I had read the reviews as other people have had the same experience, offers of bonuses to get you to deposit money and then failing to fulfill their promise. Steer clear of this site, there are so many far better ones.

tried to login to my account and password did not wor so tried to reset it and did not receive the email for it contacted live support to be told my account does not exist when have email proof of the account username then to be told i must have used a different enail the why do i have the prevous nails to the enal then .

i wish i had read all the reviews before i played here! all the good reviews must be people who work for jazzy spins!!! all the deposits have flown through and one withdrawal was fine but after 6 more deposits that all went through with ease i get a little back and try to withdraw and shock horror been pending for 2 days!!! dont answer any emails!!! and as other people have pointed out below the bonus codes are just to get you deposit!! once you put the code in and press activate you get a message saying code activated BUT YOU STILL DONT GET BONUS FUNDS EVER!!!!! and when you email them they always say we have checked your account and you did not put the code in even if you know you did!!! i have done a bit of checking this company and they are owned by grand battery holdings which is a scam company that always rip people off when they win!! but love a deposit!! do not deposit here at any costs , i have lost my winnings dont let this happen to you!! also before you join any casino and make sure its not run by grand battery holdings!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!

Review of "new" jazzyspins

Lots of slots,including some I love BUT right now its buggy, the bonus is working weird, I keep randomly getting a random amount of bonus turned into a random amount of cash rather than the x50 wagering requirements bonus as advertised, lots of slots bugging out. Site has potential. Will update my review if they fix the teething errors! I also agree with the below reviewer, winning spins are few and far between and its all very laggy, maybe that's just our bad luck, like I said, will update if things change.

I have got to say worse site I've ever played . Deposited a couple of times doesn't matter what game you are playing there are no bonus or free spins on any of the games I have played, just seems to take your money and nothing at all back feels like a bit of a con to me ,you don't get nothing doesn't matter what game you play. Lots of ups and downs with all the sites. But always seem to have maintenance issues and changes to terms and conditions all the time.

Got told I was a lier because thay sent me a email whith a bouns coad what I put in correctly as I have done loads of them before and im not stupid enyways the live chat basically said i did not put it in i told them this has happened the last 2 times so its a error on your end told no its me what happened tonthe customer is always right or even try and resolve the matter thay would rather tell you no asked for a manager thay dint have one that's wear the problem lies then

The site is good iv withdrew twice now,so was happy with that,and got it in to my bank account fast,the only problem I have is it gives you a bonus so when you use that bonus it don't give it to you,iv done it twice now,iv emailed them and still haven't heard anything in 2 weeks now,but I do love the site but it's just that you don't get the bonus they say that you get when you deposit
