Item not received
Bought an item, after the item came to my country, didn't receive any news when it arrived (that's not their fault, ok) it is returned to them, send some mails and they took their time to answer. The "solution" was simple, I had to reorder it. Can't do it and after 2 weeks without any news and answers, I send another mail for information. They answer to that telling they have already sold the item to someone else because they didn't apart the item, that meanwhile I was waiting to hear from them
