We are pleased that we managed to achieve that target on this occasion, notwithstanding there was a slight delay after shipment, with DX Express routing the items out for delivery from the local hub. once items have been collected from the warehouse, we are always available with help to support our 3rd party couriers to help ensure items are delivered in a timely manner.

Great service, great quality!

Great service, great quality! The speed of delivery was a special touch, they exceeded my expectations. Filled my jars with jam with no issues. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Avoid at any cost

We placed a repeat order only to receive both items wrong. The company refused to rectify the mistake made, blaming us for it. Only managed to get our money back by submitting a charge back through the bank. Avoid at any cost.

Modern day scammers

Purchased glass jars from this company, over 75 out of 100 that I received were damaged and I was laughed at in email communications by Paul Harrison who is a senior figure at the company when I complained. They are not willing to accept liability for damaged items and told me I was 'complaining and causing trouble'. I had to pay for postage myself to send back their damaged goods which took a chunk out of my refund total. Total shambolic company who willingly send out damaged glass jars expecting people to be happy with them. Also, their packages arrived with absolutely no protection packing wise. Why are they even in this business if absolutely don't care about the goods they happily charge people for?

Avoid like the plague, do not shop with them unless you don't mind being scammed out of your hard earned money.

Excellent Service

I ordered 48 jars from this company. Originally only 38 were sent, three of which were smashed. I contacted them and they dispatched the remained that day (blaming the loss of jars on the courier... yeah right!).

The replacement jars arrived, smashed to smithereens. Replacements for the replacements were again sent out - no quibbles!

Only downer, packaging is terrible - hence why the glass jars arrive in pieces!
