James was brilliant start to finish. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future. Even had floor mats turn up in the post after the purchase. Keep up the good work!!
I recently bought a Seat Ibiza from JBM and the process was very smooth and efficient. The car is in great condition and came with a warranty. James was very helpful throughout, communication was good, patient when I had an issue with the bank and even lent me his phone to make a call when mine broke. I would have no hesitation in recommending JBM and also would definitely consider them again next time I need a car.
From the minute we turned up, without an appointment, to having some slight car issues sorted, JBM have given nothing but a 100% on their customer service. Joe kept in contact every step of the way and even James took a phonecall on the day he was going on holiday. Each member of staff we dealt with were very polite and professional and are a credit to the business. Without a doubt would use them again and will highly recommend to anyone in the market for a second hand car.
