I have worked with Josh closely since the start of the year. My first property has now completed refurbishment and is due to be managed by Josh once the tenant moves in.

The purchase of the property was very simple and worth every penny for the sourcing fee.

As Josh is so local to all his projects, his knowledge of each road is extensive and his support through renovation is always on point.

The next property will be purchased soon following refinance and there will be many more to come I’m sure.

I have been working with Josh for some time now and he has helped me build my property portfolio exponentially always delivering on what was required.

The thing that stands out the most to me is that he is a very trustworthy and a genuine person, that always has the clients best interest at heart and it's not always about making money, many times he has pulled me away from a poor investment due to his knowledge.

He has the skill, contacts and drive to move as quickly as needed but also the patience to go as slowly as people need.

To summarise, would I recommend Josh and his company ? I wouldn't use any one else, I would be happy to give this man my bank details and say build me a portfolio and just give it back when it's done!
