Worst estate agent I've ever met
Looking to rent, I saw a flat with agent Veronica, which I liked and made an offer on. She contacted me and told me that it looked like the landlord was going to accept my offer and asked for some more info the landlord wanted, which I provided immediately. Since then, she's disappeared. I've texted her several times on WhatsApp, she ignores my messages, doesn't even bother to read them or acknowledge them. Finally after being ghosted for a few days, I asked her to let me know if my offer was refused so I can start looking at other flats. Absolutely no response. I've never met a ruder or less respectful person working in a customer services role. Shame on you Veronica. Worst estate agent I've had the misfortune to work with.
Recently bought our first home. JBrown estate agents were pretty useless.
Recently bought a property sold through JBrown. Generally rather responsive and flexible for booking viewings, etc. but pretty useless once there were any queries.
Most disappointing, we weren’t provided a full set of keys on purchase - told to sort it ourselves with mgmt or ask our new neighbours to get copies. Not great.
Unclear updates on what was delaying the purchase once all things were fulfilled on our side. Took lots of repeated questions to get any answers to minor queries on the property.
