Delivered on time by friendly team and was kept informed by phone call 30 minutes before arrival.

What great customer service. Ordered a large living room cabinet on 6th & had it delivered today. The delivery team were excellent, quick & efficient. Will be happy to recommend & use again. Happy customer. Thank you.

I had an expensive sideboard delivered and was very disappointed. The two men were very unhelpful. Was given delivery time of 8 to 11, they arrived 11.40mins. No explaination or apology. Spoke very little English, when I asked if they unpacked he simply replied 'no' I asked if they took packaging, he replied 'no'. He then took three photos of it, had a conversation that i couldn't understand with the other man and swiftly left.
Sideboard was upside down as well which I'm not sure was their doing or not but very disappointed with the whole experience

My mattress turned up today. The delivery guys were great and placed it in the room I asked for. But delivery took longer than expected I ordered it on Monday 27th Jan and received today (6th). I was also told I would get a 1 hour time slot on the day but it was 3 hours. I then emailed and they said they don't offer this but I was definitely told that on the phone. The man on the confirmation call told me this.
Anyway it was reduced from £519 but it has the quality of a budget mattress. It has the same pattern and feel of my current budget mattress so I'm not to impressed.

I was very disappointed that the two delivery guys weren’t more helpful I had already removed the old mattress from the base & was hoping they would remove the packaging & put the New Mattress on the bed base for me but they weren’t prepared to do that for me . I am a 74 yr old pensioner so it was hard for me . I had to do it myself as I needed to sleep in the bed . The mattress itself is beautiful. Thank you . Sheila Russell

Fantastic service from the two delivery drivers from JBS Midland! They arrived on time, called ahead to ensure I knew scheduled time, were polite, professional, and took great care delivering and assembling my table and chairs beautifully. The attention to detail was evident, and they left everything neat and tidy. While I had to dispose of the packaging myself, their excellent workmanship and courteous approach made up for it. Highly recommend!

Wouldn't recommend this company poor communication given less than 24hrs for delivery and when it came the delivery men hadn't a clue moaned that the package was heavy couldn't get it inside house because they had box wrong way no respect for customers property was told they could leave goods outside property need to train staff in manual handling and customer service

The service was exceptionally good, product arrived on time and the delivery driver helped my wife to put the rather heavy package containing the goods purchased in a safe and easily accessible location in the hallway.

Our furniture delivery was efficient and within the allotted time. This company kept us updated at all times, very Happy.

Brilliant service from start to end. Ordered item 3 months ago knowing the expected delivery date to be dispatched we received regular updates and was contacted by phone to say the delivery window and the guys on the delivery were spot on .We would definatley recommend and order again the dining table was A1.
