Slow delivery but all good in the end
My delivery was really slow (sunglasses got stuck in Holland) but Customer Services reassured me it would come and sure enough it did. They gave me a £10 refund due to the difficulties which was nice. Communication was good through this. So all good in the end. Would use again - it hasn’t put me off.

Professional company who really care…
What a professional company who really care about their customers! For some reason I received a tax and customs bill from FedEx of £75 linked to my purchase. At the time thought 'here we go'.. They money I saved buying these trainers is going to go on tax and customs now. I wasn't very happy.
I emailed the company expecting a battle to commence regarding the fees. Jay, the company director telephoned me on a Bank Holiday Sunday a number of times until he got to speak to me. This in itself I was very impressed with. He assured me it would be resolved and I would not be out of pocket for the tax and customs.
Within 14 days the issue was resolved and Jay made sure the company paid all of the bill, not me!
From the calls on a Bank Holiday Sunday, to the excellent customer service all I can do is praise this company for being a breath of fresh air with online shopping. Doing what's right for their customers.
Five star service 100%!!!
