I bought an engagement ring from Jco a few months ago.

I was looked after by Jay and the overall customer service was 10/10. They listen to what you want, how you want it and are great with their communication. The team are very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to different ring styles, types of diamonds and also provide great ideas/recommendations which were really useful when deciding on the final ring.

The ring I got in the end exceeded my expectations and I was over the moon when I saw it in person. They also present the ring in a really nice ring case with a mini light inside which adds to the classy finish. Jay was super flexible with timings and was able to get me the ring quicker than intended as a result of a change of plans on my end.

I'd been looking for an engagement ring for quite a while, and been in and out of shops who seemed to show us the same thing, and didn't really understand us.

Umar at JCO took time to explain the entire process to us, and was very patient in taking time to understand our requirements and preferences.

The ring design process was dynamic and changed in response to our feedbsck, and I didn't feel pressurised at any point.

Collected the ring and have been VERY pleasantly surprised (had high expectations anyway)

We were looking for an engagement ring and were recommended to go to JCO London. From seeing a few designs I knew exactly what I wanted. Jay and Kira are both amazing. They understood my needs and made me a bespoke ring exactly to my requirements and within our budget. The ring is beautiful and fell in love with it as soon as I received it. Throughout the whole process we were kept updated and were continuously reassured. We later returned to JCO to purchase a wedding band. Again this was made bespoke to match the engagement ring. The experience and service received was impeccable. Jay is very welcoming and reliable. You can put your trust in them and not be left disappointed. Highly recommended.

From Beginning to end JCO as a whole have been very welcoming and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of exploring the JCO London website, and I must say it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I landed on the site, I was immediately captivated by its sleek and sophisticated design, which perfectly complemented the luxurious jewellery collection it showcased.

So pleased to find JCO when we were in Hatton Garden looking for a ring for our sons 21st birthday. They are so friendly and helpful. They listened to my son describing the sort of rings that he likes and then found examples of rings for him to decide what he liked/didn't like so that he could design what he wanted. They gave us options so that we could ensure that the ring we bought for him was within our budget. It was just a great experience. The ring that we collected today is beautiful and just what he wanted/designed. It fits perfectly and he says that it is so comfortable that he forgets that he wearing it. It is just what we wanted for him. We will definitely go back to JCO for any jewellery. They take away stress of buying that special gift for your loved ones and make it a memorable and great experience.
