Awful, nasty and hateful company. They abhor customers and any questions will be responded by their hateful customer service worker. Wow. Their product doesn't work, look elsewhere for real Lugols Iodine.

VOICEMAIL & MULTIPLE WEBSITES

I have upgraded my review from 1 Star to 4 Star. I heard from this company and they explained the various websites and phone numbers associated with them. They graciously listened to my suggestion to add a notice to each site informing of the sister websites. I am satisfied with the explanations I received and understand the voicemail system tech difficulties experienced with one of their numbers. Thank you.
—Voicemail box full for days.
—Too many websites and phone numbers under the name JCrow. I find it scary since this is consumable goods.
—I refuse email due to experiencing so many companies doing terrible job with email replies...now voicemail is becoming a problem. Sad.
