I am at the presence of buying a 2008 Toyota sienna minivan about 4 months a goes I started having problems from water pump went out then out thermostat went with it the the serpent belt broke then the radiator broke and now I have a 16,000 yard orderment they are trying to get me to pay for a new motor with no warranty with it and it has been over a month sents I have talk to someone about fixing this problem. And I am not the only one I know that is having problems with thier vehicle

We came in today looking to get in to a car ASAP. They were able to listen to our situation and work with us to get in to a car we feel comfortable in. Sharika was awesome and has an amazing personality. The gm was also great. We didn’t feel pressured at anytime which was a breath of freah air. Austin was a great sales person! He was extremely understanding of our financial situation and worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted at payments below our budget. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life.
First thing i got the car and hadnt even drove off the lot and the front fender molding fell off, the car was dirty, and they claimed they would take care of all that the following week.
That never happened. On the 45th day of me having my car the transmission went out. Not something that should occur with a 2014 vechicle that has less than 72,000 miles on it. Ok so I got their extended warranty. The warrenty cost over 2300 dollars and i paid 54.00 to have the transmission repaired. I rented a rental because their repair center had the car for a week. It cost me 513.00 of which they reimbursed me 25.95.
Tbh the entire thing was a ripe off and i wish i had never dealt with them.

It was an awesome experience. They were friendly and consistent.

I was in a tight bind once again and JD helped place me in a car. I’m a repeat customer so this was an easy process, plus they have a lot more amenities than they had when I first purchased from them. I would always do business with them.
