Very disappointing experience. Delivery slot was confirmed for Friday 1–8pm so I stayed home and lost work time. Later received a false attempted delivery notification, but my camera footage shows no delivery attempt was made. DHL also provided incorrect collection information. Due to this delay and misinformation I had to purchase another unit, and seller refused to provide return postage.

Very poor quality, ordered kitchen units most of which was damaged, please do not waste your hard earned money.

An order i put in for handcream was piggy backed by this firm and an order went in for an £88 base unit, i spotted the total was over £100 so 2 mins after it went (timed on emails) i cancelled but this firm of shysters said it was to late. After further comunication they said i could return it if i paid for postage (23 kg) and they would look into giving me a refund, yeh i really trust them. Buy from these at your peril !!!!

I ordered a little 4 draw kitchen cupboard made up of three little draws and one big one. I asked if I could buy a second big one to convert it into something more practical. They very sweetly sent me a front of a big draw free of charge. I ended up getting timber from elsewhere and building the rest of the draw.

Delivery was extremely quick (3 days) and it arrived in the one hour time slot advised by the carrier . The unit was packaged very well and had extra protection from transit damage. Once unpacked the unit was fairly easy to put together following the instructions provided. Extra care needs to be taken to ensure the screws and fastenings are not over tightened and that a good quality wood glue is used on all joints (not supplied) and to provide extra strength to the dowelled and screwed construction. Once put together the unit looks very good and is fairly robust.
I would say this unit is good value for the price paid. The only slight improvement that could be made is to make the drawer bottoms thicker. All in all a good choice for me.

They sold an item with misleading information then refused to offer a full refund. Stay away if you can

Bought the 4 drawer kitchen base unit. Really poor quality cheap laminate chipboard. Drawer bases are held on with panel pins. No adjustment whatsoever, drawers not aligned. Laminate really thin and chips easily. Reminds me of kitchen units from the 1980s. Don't waste your money. Customer service unhelpful

Its always a worry in our days dealing with businesses on the internet are they what they claim, from the start prompt replies, helpful stated my order to be reassured yes we can do that no problem, went there after in person to take a look and confirm order, pleasantly surprised how informative staff where, office staff to very efficient and friendly, got to see a set up of kitchen ordered, impressed with quality, quite a large order where same day delivery was offered at a very reasonable rate was gratefully offered on reflection, in summery for a very competitively priced kitchen one does not expect such exceptionally good overhaul customer service, would highly recommend this company.

The customer service is excellent. I made an error in my order and they were quick to offer replacement doors, although this is not standard practice. (I accidentally ordered a matt finish when I wanted gloss). What could have been an expensive error on my part was dealt with by JD Greta in a professional and courteous manner.
The units are solid and of a high enough standard for the price. Although not standard sizes, this actually works better for the layout of my kitchen.

Had an issue with the draw front emailed asked if they could replace it customer services were fantastic said the will send one out to me big thumbs up would recommend this company

We ordered some wall units via B&Q. They were delivered quickly and were easy to assemble. Good quality for the price point and the colour was exactly what I wanted. Good selection of unit sizes. Excellent and prompt customer service when needing a replacement door. Would recommend.

We ordered the wrong colour and they responded promptly offering a replacement at no extra cost. Would buy from them again.

I chose J D Greta units based on the availability and excellent range of sizes available. The price, including delivery, offered good value for money and the units arrived very quickly. The items were well packed and included all fixings and instructions for easy assembly.
I did damage a draw front when assembling. When I contacted the company, I had a reply the same day offering to send a replacement draw front.
Overall a good experience. I would buy again and recommend. Thank you.

We have ordered 3 sets of the kitchen units and couldn’t be happier with them. They come with everything you need and they’re very reasonably priced. Delivery was very fast and we were kept up to date on when they were coming. Customer service was also very helpful when we accidentally damaged an item while building it. I would definitely recommend and happily order again.

Awful customer service. The whole process has been a nightmare and incredibly stressful.
Should have been next day delivery (the only reason I ordered this kitchen), nothing arrived. Nothing showed up on the tracking with DHL.
DHL say they never received the packages. JdGreta say DHL lost the packages. (4??!)
3 days later another kitchen was sent out, tracking actually showed it was on it's way. Arrived 4 days later than it should have, delaying the installation of my kitchen.
Then to add insult to injury, they didnt send the door handles, which should have been included. I'm yet to receive them, apparently they are on their way.
I raised a formal complaint which they arent interested in. And have said they have no intention of compensating me for the stress, hassle, cost and inconvenience they have caused me.
The actual kitchen is fine.
Absolutely would not use again or recommend.
