A complicated moving made easy

So happy and satisfied with the moving done by JD Logistik. All boxes were delivered 3 weeks in advance and we were ready on the agreed date. Communication was on point and they were quick to answer any question!
JD Logistik brought a lift to move out from 3rd floor which was really fast. Heavy furniture were moved by stairs. In the new apartment on 4th and 5th floor they used the lift as well and managed to bring in most of my things through a window. The larger things were moved up by the stairs. The dining table and bed caused some doubt by me, but never the guys who were positive and with a problem solving mindset managed to bring everything in - and without even a single complaint on anything.
Great experience and I will happily recommend JD Logistik and use them myself another time though I don't plan on moving any time soon.

Good and clear communication throughout the process. JD Logistik took care of handling public permissions for parking. We moved from our previous apartment, which was in an old building at the 4th floor, and had JD Logistik working for the moving in a very caring way. They had a very good logistic management, taking a lift with them for the moving and also improvising in the best way with some last moment issues.
They are very professional and, most of all, kind and flexible. I felt very safe with them, and at the end of the day my furniture were already in the right positions in the new apartment, with all my cartons available.
