I travelled from Scotland
I travelled from Banff, Scotland to Rotherham to check out a Honda Jazz and purchase it, if I liked it. JDM Trading even picked us up from the train station, bought us a coffee, and took us to their car yard. On arrival, they explained everything about the car, it was immaculate, we took it for a test drive, went back to the office to start the sale process. The guys were so helpful, they sorted everything for me. They really do go the extra mile for their customers. I was so impressed. Then I started the long trip back to Banff, Scotland. They even gave us bottles of water for the drive. The car drove beautifully all the way home. I just love the car, and it's such a pretty blue colour. They really are great guys to deal with. Sadly, within the first month, my car broke down 3 times, having to be towed to a garage twice. It took a while to figure out what was going wrong with it, but JDM Trading have stood by my consumer rights and covered the expenses caused to get me on the road again. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are a genuinely up front company and really nice guys to deal with. I would definitely buy a car from them again in the future, if they'd have me back. 😆
