The Jdog team was great, I called for a pick up, they showed up on time the next day. i will be using them again..

Good communication and employees friendly

Showed up on time, friendly, in and out in minutes! Only issue I had was the woman who called me three or four times to set up an appointment, I told her I’d call when I was ready but she kept calling until I made the appointment! You won’t get customers that way, only drive them away (which I actually thought about doing on the last call ☹️)

They moved a couch from my home in Duanesburg to my son's 3rd floor apartment in Rotterdam. Of course there was no elevator, so that required some muscle work on their part. Actual cost was less than the phone estimate so that was a plus. The men did an excellent job, no damage, no complaining. I was very happy and would certainly call them again.

Jdog crew has helped me several times clearing discard items from the house. They will remove stuff from designated places, so no assembling in one place is required.They are polite and very friendly young people..

My husband and I had a variety of items we were looking to get rid of: everything from old fixtures to recycling to clothing and household donations. JDog took everything off of our hands and were done in under a half an hour. Andrew and Dominic were not only on time and efficient, but more importantly, they were respectful, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with their service and would use them over and over again. I highly recommend using JDog for any of your "junk" removal needs! The JDog team was timely, professional, and great to work with. It's a fantastic service and really fills a need within the community. We hired JDog to help clean out our house and load items into 3 PODS units. We couldn’t have done it without them! They showed up on time, worked hard every minute they were there, and took away tons of treasures we needed to get rid of. We were delighted to know they salvaged and sold what they could, and these jobs were helping local veterans. An all-around win!

I would recommend JDOG everytime. Timely, quick, removal and clean up all excellent. Team members courteous and polite. I forgot to give the guys a tip but I will catch them a little later this year when I will have another pickup needed. Thanks JDOG

I had an old Queen sized mattress I needed to get rid of and a friend suggested I use JDog. I gave them a call and it was gone in less than 24 hours - No fuss, No Mess and Very friendly service. I would use them again and have recommeneded their service to my friends.

J Dog was so easy to work with. They removed an old pull-out couch quickly and easily and at an incredibly fair price. The men that came to my home were professional and careful. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

JDog is amazing! They did a couple clean out jobs, and also moved us from one home to another. They treated everything with care, and everyone was extremely friendly and respectful. Our mother-in-law is moving in with us next month, and they are on our list to help move her, and clean out her home! These guys are the best around!!

From the first contact I knew I made the right choice with JDog. They were responsive, clear about the pricing, and quick to schedule my appointment. They came when they said they would (even a bit early). They took everything out with dispatch and charged fairly. I feel great supporting military families too! Highly recommend.
