I ordered at the end of July and still…
I ordered at the end of July and still haven’t received a message to say my order was available at the chosen store. I contacted customer support 2 weeks after the order was shipped and they said I still had to wait. I’m surprised because I had already ordered on your site and all went well.

out of four items ordered, I received only one. having made the payment on PayPal, I saw that there was a refund from you for the three items not received. But no email to tell me why I was reimbursed. unfortunately this is not the first time that this has happened.

Order never delivered 3 times
I ordered a SIXTH JUNE SHORT and t-shirt 4 my sun and the t shirt was to big. I've sended it back and placed a new order and after a while it was send back to sender. I did that 3 times. I also choosed a pick up store went there everyday but nothing. Eventualy i got a mail from JD thzt it(d on his way to the store and check my mail everyday en went there everyday. It never was there and the ladie from the sop called 2 the depot and again back to JD.
I don't understand what happened
3 times i didn't get it and i payed 3 times! didn't see my money back.
So no i'm not so happy about the service.
