Order and delivery was perfect

Our son was really happy with his birthday present. We were also satisfied with the uncomplicated ordering process.

I ordered shoes for my son at a very fair price. Returned them easy at the Filiale because the size didn't fit and immediately got a refund. I reordered the right size and received them in 2 days. Everything was top professional and uncomplicated. Great shoes!

The package was well packed and good. Arrived early. Thank you very much

I ordered the shoes on the 11th of March 2026 from JDSports online to pick up from the München Marienplatz store. I only received the email that my shoes are ready to collect on the 28th of March 2026. However, the staff had told me that it takes upto 4-6 working days and whenever I went to ask for any updates about the order, I was always told that they don’t have any information and that they will probably arrive at the end of the week. This went on for 3 weeks without any proper explanation and I think I wasted a lot more of my time than I was supposed to.

I didnt receive any product and i dont know where my parcel is

Really bad customer serivce, it takes forever to solve issues , i would not try online purchasing again .

I went into JD Sports today intending to buy a pair of Adidas Spezials if there was to be a nice pair on sale. While browsing I spotted a really cool pink and red stripe Spezial shoe on the “Last Chance” rack which was clearly marked down to €50!! Even better, the shoe happened to be in my size. I tried it on, loved it, and asked an assistant if they could bring out the other shoe from storage. They did, boxed it up, and sent me to the till.

When I went to pay, the cashier told me the total was €110. I was completely confused and showed her the attached €50 price tag. The last chance price was not a sticker that could have been moved, it was a plastic tag directly attached to the shoe.

She proceeded to ask another member of staff who then went and checked the price of their pink and red Spezials in a different section to where I found the shoe and just said “normally they are €110”. So instead of acknowledging that this pair came from the last chance section and it’s clearly displayed last chance price for this specific pair, they dismissed it and said, rather abruptly, “the till says €110, so that’s the price.”

I was honestly shocked. The price that is being advertised should be honoured, especially when it’s physically tagged to the product. Even if it had been a mistake, the responsibility lies with the store, not the customer. I myself, friends, family, have all had similar experiences in other shops and in all cases the store apologised and honoured their displayed price. But not here, apparently.

I left without the shoes, disappointed and genuinely surprised that a big retailer like JD Sports would refuse to uphold the price that they themselves had attached to an item. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. It’s really put me off shopping there again.

Bad experience. Order was cancelled without any information for me. Refund less then amount I pay!

I bought in May 2024 ADIDAS GAZELLE SNEAKER WHITE IE3602 in Offenbach, Frankfurt am Main.They cost 120 euros. I wore them no more than 15 times in a 1,5 year for walking around the city only in summer. Now there are vertical cracks on the sole. The sneakers are leather, I planned to wear them for at least 3 years, but due to a defect in the sole, I will have to throw them away.

My name is Theresa and I wrote a review the 9ther day with regards to my experience when I shopped at JD Sports.

I was a little bit annoyed with myself because l was missing part 9f my receipt with the names of the staff who helped me that day.

So this is really a continuance of my review.

Well cut a long story short if I can. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair so it is understandable that I quite 9ften do need the help of staff when shopping.

My experience at JD Sports was nothing short of EXCELLENT.

I want goover every again but if you're interested I'm sure you will be able to look it up it was in the last week that I did it.

I haven't always used JD Sports no particular reason buti am so so glad that I did because I havent looked back and it is now my go to Sports shop for anything i need because the staff go out of they're way tk help a d to great lengths to assist you with whatever they can.

So Finley, yes my first point of contact that day. WOW yes WOW an absolutely charming and helpful going man. Ickuld sing his praises all day but I did on y other re iew so today I shall name his colleagues who also went above and beyond.

So I also spoke to Gabriel, Joao and Madison.

I personally really do think that Customer Service is really important and can make such a difference to one's shopping experience. If everyone got treated the way I did which they should be WOW I do actually thin, that maybe just aybe shops wouldn't be closing so much because 8stead of hiding behind a computer we would love to go and repeat the experience again.

Well I had better go before you get fed up with me utilising finally Well Done to the team at JD Sports at Fosse Park and I really hope that someone from JD Sports sees this and give them that 0lra8se and thanks that they thoroughly deserve?
