Mandarin collar black jacket is just perfect
Ordered a mandarin collar black jacket for my son. Both of us were really happy with the jacket. It fits and looks great. It's got a lot of sleek style for a simple jacket and it's even lined inside! The fabric is perfect, not too heavy or fancy but a style and fabric that goes anywhere. Just what I hoped to get for him. He wears it and really likes it.

NO ITEM EXCHANGES
I was so hopeful about this @JDStore_Fashion and ordered two formal shoes. I informed them that my size was UK 8.5 and gave them measurements. The shoes arrived in South Africa, but they were bigger. I asked for them to be exchanged as they are big. They refused to exchanged my big items, saying their team did their best. Now I can't wear those shoes and wasted my money in the process as refused to give me refund as well. If you can, think twice about ordering with them. My order Order No was #1384. Hello Aphiwe, our team has responded to you a few days ago on this matter.
The client has sent us his measurement so we can send him the correct size. Our team has checked his measurement with the actual shoes and sent him the one which exactly matches the size measurement provided. From his first email received, the client confirmed that the shoes are okay and that the insole circumference is okay too. In the second email, then the client stated that the shoes is too big. It is clear that either the client has provided the wrong measurement or simply no longer wanted the shoes and thus raising for a refund. Our policies are clear on the issue that the client already knew it. We do not allow exchanges/refunds in this situation.
Unfortunately, before we could finalize the issue with the client, he decided to message all our social media platforms with various comments/reviews. We have investigated this issue and found out that our team has performed as per our policies and procedures for a fair transaction. This review is definitely not representative of our quality of service.

Love the item. Customer service was also very responsive. Only downside is, the item took quite long to arrive overseas. Nevertheless, fully satisfied customer here.
