Size charts are not the same as the product. The products are cheaply made and they don't do refunds for wrong sizes. They tell you to keep what you have and pay $40 for new sizes. But still not money back.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Small based on their size guide, but the jeans I received measured 72 cm at the waist — which falls within their own Medium range (71–76 cm). Despite sending photos and measurements, they refused the return, saying a 1–2 cm “tolerance” means it can still be considered a Small. I don't think it's fair to use a tolerance to make an item fit the size I didn't order, rather than honour the measurements advertised for the size I did. Their solution was for me to pay another $40 for a smaller pair. Very unfair return policy and extremely frustrating customer service. I won't purchase from them again.
