you should know when a company doesn't provide a phone or email response, they aren't worth the time of day. I order a Tanoue cover a 2023 Honda Ridgeline for around $300 tri-fold they sent a 2008 to get rid of inventory they can't sell kept the money and well not respond to any emails. Also no phone number to connect to. I am 78 and got taken for advantaged of.

Rude customer service take your business somewhere else never would do business here again

Customer service is horrible. They refuse to help you. I would never order from this company again also they can't cancel a order that has not shipped out yet

I ordered a hardware kit for a 2011 F150 Undercover brand hard tonneau cover listed on their website. The photo they had listed and the part number were correct but when I received the product it wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. When I contacted them they were super slow getting back with me and insisted that what they sent was correct even after I sent them photos proving it wasn't. I was then told that the photos on their site are generic, really?! So I explained that the part number they had listed was the correct one for the photo they were showing (typed it on a search engine and every company that carries it showed the same phot and part number) and that is what I had ordered and wanted. Long story short they just kept telling me I was wrong they were right. They finally sent me an RMA but I will have to pay to ship it back (again they sent the wrong part) and they would "generously" wave the restocking fee. Steer clear for the simple fact that if they mess up your order its on you.

The product is high quality, the ordering process was easy, the shipping was fairly quick, and the order arrived in perfect condition.
I ordered 3 EZ-Retriever II reach sticks and they all arrived at different times, each in their own big box. It'd be nice to offer a cheaper shipping option and have all the items arrive together in one box.

I ordered 2 sets of ridgid lights with the surface mounts and one set was a flush mount, took over a week for replacement but for the price I can live with it. Would definitely order from them again

I got them installed and now they say rear lights need to be replaced as the lights aren’t working properly or the bulbs are going to go out in them. They work still but now that always keeps coming up and the turn signals are clicking faster when using them as well no idea why
