K&N intake was as described and arrived on the expected day, which was only a few business days. Only downside was the lack of cleanliness…it appeared as if this product sat open on a shelf collecting dust before it was boxed and shipped. Had to clean out the coupling pipe to ensure dust wasn’t sucked into my engine upon start up. Other than that it was a good experience as the price was below others advertised prices.

Faster delivery than expected and responded promptly to a concern in had on which model was shipped out. Turns out it was an upgrade to a newer version than the manufacturer listed, so all was good. Installed great and working well so far!

Shipping was fast, but packaging could be better. Using one strip of tape holding in 2 front rotors isn't smart.
