Absolutely not a serious seller.

Absolutely not a serious seller.
They took my money without any mention that the item was out of stock. After one month without any update, I contacted them and was told there would be a two-week delay. When those two weeks passed, they asked for more time because *their* own supplier had no stock.

I then requested to cancel the order and began asking for a refund. The seller claimed to have “difficulties” processing it. I provided my bank details as requested, but they repeated the same excuse. *That was three months ago.* Still no product, no delivery, and no refund.

No stock, no honesty, no refund. That’s what I call a scam !

Questionable Business Practise and No Customer Care or Service.

On the 27/12/24 my son ordered through his FB page parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee his page said the items were available and would be sent royal mail 48 hour tracked on the 09/01/25 my Son phoned the guy to find out where these items were and was told he was waiting for the oil/fluid it was due anytime and items would be sent asap and certainly within a day or two on 15/01/25 my son sent me the dispatch details which were clearly marked as sent out on the 29/12/24 believing these items were likely sitting on a post office shelf somewhere I ordered another set he apparently had 2 more available which would be sent on a next day delivery by FedEx having not received any dispatch by the afternoon of the 16/01/25 I phoned them myself and was told he was waiting for the parts but he had the oil/fluid which led me to ask why he hadn't then actually dispatched my Sons original order as this is what he was waiting for and was told I had to understand with Import etc etc etc I also had to understand his business practises etc etc etc. He then admitted to me that what I would consider as my parts were sent to someone else.
Well I have my own business and through my suppliers goods are imported and so I do fully understand such I also know bad business practise when I see or am confronted by it and I would further add that my business is very much led by time constraints as I imagine is his, people do not want to have their vehicles out of action while this guy fiddles around with orders that he says are dispatched to customers when in actuality he does not have the items in stock. As a business person I have always erred on the HONESTY IS BEST POLICY which is notI believe a Policy he has even heard of much less would adopt. Because had I or my Son known the needed parts were not in stock I would as I have now done, sourced the parts elsewhere through a Mercedes Parts Dealer because although my Jeep wears that skin its bones are actually all Merc. Ordering from him was supposed to have cut out the time I spent checking OEM's to ensure the parts I again ordered would be correct.

Excellent first rate communication

Excellent first rate communication! A 5 star company that really provides outstanding assistance, advice and quality of service. Parts were ordered and efficiently delivered.
Jacek, is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.
Highly recommended!

Ordered a set of driveshafts for my…

Ordered a set of driveshafts for my jeep Cherokee, I had the drivers side fitted straight away as it was required! everything was fine, the garage I use could not fit the other one for 6 weeks so I booked the car in, when they fitted it they said that the drive shaft was very tight and there was no lateral movement and they advised me to test drive I to make sure it was fine, on the test drive I felt a disconcerting vibration returned the car to the garage where it has been ever since as of this date 28 January 2021 is has now been 4 weeks. I told the supplier of the problem straight away to which they ask me to fill in a form so they could return it this form is so they can get there money back from there supplier and the technical spec required is beyond the info that I have or can get they have sent this to make it so difficult that I gave in I have not heard anything else from them when I told them about this I informed them that I had no car as a result of this I asked them to send me a replacement so I could get my car back I gave them as much information as I could (the name of the garage the name of the fitter when it was fitted but I have still not had a reply) I have a partner who has a bad knee and can not walk they still have not sent me a replacement I THINK THAT THEY HAVE DONE THIS ON PURPOSE AS THEY ARE THIEVES AND HAVE AT NO POINT EVER HAD THE INTENTION TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I would not buy from these people again and I would advise everyone to avoid buying from them.

Fast Parts

Needed a part and these guys were not only helpful they were patient! We older drivers tend to refer to the left and right of a vehicle as NSL or OSR but that only works if everybody is driving a RHD, so after a couple of emails back and forth we eventually got it sorted. They posted the part on the same day as I ordered/paid and good old Royal Mail, not often you hear that said I imagine, delivered it within 48 hours! Terrific guys and thanks for you're assistance, it was much appreciated.
