If you're in Australia, don't bother signing up to Jeet City.
I signed up for the first time a few weeks ago, and unfortunately I didn't read the fine print. I put a few hundred in to test the games and the withdrawal timeframes because I couldn’t believe what others were saying about this platform. They also offer a seemingly nice deposit bonus so who was I to say no! Wouldn't you believe, after not even an hour, I'd won a little over $5,500 AUD.
I told myself I'll believe it when I see it! The verification process was fast and withdrawal process was easy enough, but it quickly got rejected by Jeet City:
Your request for a withdrawal of 5500 AUD has been canceled.
To proceed with the payout, kindly fulfill the listed requirements.
The amount of funds that has been subtracted from your account is 5281.54 AUD because you have exceeded the maximum withdrawal limit of the special 🚀 Second Deposit Bonus 🚀.
The maximum winnings that can be converted from bonus money to real money shall not exceed ten times (10x) the value of the bonus money awarded. For instance, if a player receives a $150 bonus, the maximum winnings that can be won from wagering said bonus money is $1,500.
I eventually I got over the mini heartbreak and tried again but this time I turned off the bonuses, won't get me this time!!! $1150 later and it was all over. I didn't break even at any point, I played across multiple games and tested different bet amounts, even jumped on the games with high RTP, NOTHING! I just watched these games siphone money out of my account. It didn't even happen slowly, I think in the space of 90 mins I realised how much I sunk. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice can't put the blame on you.
Jeet city you dog, I'll take myself back to pub pokies and at least go home fed and hydrated before I ever return to your site! I hope this review deters all.
Don't bother with your response! You can't turn around my experience with a pathetic generic template and fake empathy. I've tried to speak with your customer service team via online chat,I've sent multiple follow up emails to your support email and have got cricket chirps in return.
