Jefebet does not pay out

I submitted my redemption 3 weeks ago, and I still have not received it. I email them once a week for an update, and it's always the same as everyone else gets. "technical difficulties", and "significant backlog". Every other sweeps casino pays out in a day or 2.

Not pleased:( started redemption on…

No pleased:( started redemption on 03/30 and it’s now 4/14 and still pending status. Site states 1-2 days for approval status then about a week give or take depending on the bank but it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten approved??!!? Already been paid out from other casinos that I redeemed after this redemption. I’ve wrote customer service many times and still no change:(

I have been waiting since March 11th to…

I have been waiting since March 11th to get my redemption money and that’s just one of them. I have another one from March 18th. Every time I send a email I get the same answer that they are behind on redemptions. At this point I was probably scammed and will never see my money. Be very careful using JefeBet. I will update and post of if I here anything.

BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING

I really like playing on this site but redemptions are slower than any other site. The majority of casinos pays out the same day or within 2 days at most and it's been over a week and mine hasn't even been processed. I'm starting to think I was scammed. Customer service only sends the same generic msg saying they're behind. Verification also took months before it went through. I hope they can catch up and process redemptions faster soon if not Idk why anyone would play. As far as the site itself & the games it's 5 stars. Will update if I ever get paid.

Loyal player

Played on this site and loaded money on it and when I won. And went to redeem my funds Never received them to this day. Emailed them and everything waited and been patient. Still to this day day no response and no redemption. Jefe bet has really let me down and disappointed me. I won't be playing on here any more.

NO RESPONSE SCAMMERS

Jefebet calls about promotions and playing on their platform. I verified my account with them last year before even purchasing sc, so they keep calling to convince me to play on their platform so I gave in and did been having jefebet account since last year. Like I stated before I verified when I first got it so I played yesterday 04/11/26 and won when trying to redeem it give me the verification link like I didn’t verify so I hit the link trying to verify again instead of the verification process come up, another message come up like I been already verified (I did last year). The message stated verification process team will review 72 hours check your email remind you I didn’t upload anything this time cuz it wouldn’t let me. I done email serval times NO RESPONSE!!! Hope jefebet it’s scamming due to they call all the time about playing on their platform real human!

Redemption purgatory

I have been waiting on a couple of redemptions to hit my bank account for weeks now! The first one I submitted on 3-18!! And support has been absolutely NO help. Keep getting the same generic email “there’s a backlog blah blah, we’re sorry but we’re working on it” my husband is also having the same issue. As if that’s not bad enough they keep calling us trying to get us to spend MORE money with them when they already owe us a couple hundred dollars each!!! Just hope it isn’t a scam at this point…

5 Weeks, Still No Redemption

No surprise what my complaint is gonna be. Its been 5 weeks since I put in my redemption. I've wrote several emails, called a few times and when they call me for promotional reasons and I ask about my redemption. Its technical issues or their just behind. Don't understand.

jefebet doesn’t pay

Such a shame because this social casino has so much potential- great game selection, Playthrough reqs, daily bonus etc. however, all of this is irrelevant because it looks like they don’t payout. I placed a redemption for $183.94 at the end of February, over a MONTH ago- still “Pending” after reaching out to support multiple times. My account had been verified months prior to the redemption. Such a shame, unfortunately think I have been scammed :(

Redemption request delayed for over a MONTH

I submitted a redemption request on February 28, and as of today, I have still not received my funds.
I have contacted support multiple times, and while they respond, the replies are always the same generic explanation about a “backlog” and processing requests in order. There has been no specific update, no timeline, and no real progress on my case.
According to standard expectations for sweepstakes platforms, withdrawals should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. However, my request has now been pending for over a month, which is far beyond acceptable.
At this point, I am simply requesting that my payment be processed.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I had THREE pending redemptions from…

I had THREE pending redemptions from February 5th. Almost 2 months later. It was such a hassle trying to get the money! I was getting close to the 60 day mark which is the amount of time you have to dispute charges for credit cards so I filed a report just in case. I got my funds today so I canceled my dispute.

Please keep that in mind though for anyone getting close to that mark.

I gave two stars on this review only because I finally got my money.

Redemption Delay (Feels Like I Won't Get It)

Dude, I don't know what the heck is going on but I've been waiting forever to get my redemption from JefeBet. On March 13th, I redeemed some winnings of $100.. ONLY $100, but it would be nice to have it. It's now April 1st. My first time redeeming with them, and probably my last if I even ever get that $100. I feel like they're not going to pay me my earnings and that's not cool, at all. I've emailed, been told about their technical issues causing delays and etc, but it's seriously been almost a month. Let's get real, that's not ideal at all.

I've been waiting on a 200$ redemption…

I've been waiting on a 200$ redemption for 2 weeks now and when I contact their customer support team, all I get is a vague generalized email certifying they e received my message and will open a ticket. I'll change this to 4 stars once I finally get my redemption but customer service is horrible and payout times are beyond stated timelines.

Consistently lying from these guys

After reading a few reviews and seeing that EVERYONE who's having redemption issues is getting the exact same "system issues and delays processing redemptions" excuse. I recommend no one put another dollar into jefebet unless you want to get the run around about how there system has redeem processing delay issues. I been waiting a month for a $1000 redemption which hasn't been processed yet. I think they want to hold onto the money as long as possible or the plan on taking everyone's winnings and not paying out anyone. HORRIBLE customer service with all the BS lies and consistent lying to paying customers. Stop saying you will process things in order they are received. I honestly doubt there are so many redemptions tha it takes a month to process anything. If anyone knows how to voice a complaint to someone who can make something happen please leave a review and let me know. If I have to go to my credit card company and tell them all the jefebet needs to be chargebacked to the company so at least I'll get all the money I put into the site. Just pay the winnings. It's completely messed up that you guys tell the same lie to everyone and still refuse to payout. As soon as I find someone who can actually make something happen to either shut down jefebet and all associated sites or force them to payout. I'd continue to buy in if you guys paid out in a reasonable time. But since you guys don't care about your customers and give everyone the same " email support for help" response on trustpilot. And when we email support I consistently receive the system's delay issue or we will process in order the are received. It's quite frustrating dealing with you guys. JUST PAY US OUR WINNINGS already.

Not my first bad experience with jefe…

Not my first bad experience with jefe but previously after a really long wait they did send my redemption so I decided to try again. Now I’m ready for a redemption and I can’t change the payment method for redemption to a new account and their email from support have been less than helpful. You’d think it would be an easy fix but obviously not. Funny the method for them accepting my money is never messed up! Hmm!

I have two redemptions still pending…

I have two redemptions still pending one from March 4th and one from March 6th totaling of $600 and they are still not paid out and I'm wondering if anybody else is having this issue I've tried contacting them and I have also received redemptions in the past with no problems and they came in about 4 days

Warning signs are adding up

Warning signs are adding up. Redemption speeds are slowing down, same goes for responsiveness of customer support. I like Jefebet, but their processing times are currently unacceptable. On Valentine’s Day I submitted a redemption request. We’re past Saint Patty’s Day and my redemption is still pending. It’s really not cool to make people wait this long.

Jefebet did finally honor my redemption; I’m not impressed that I had to wait until Easter for my Valentine’s Day request to process.

These guys closed up shop in Illinois…

These guys closed up shop in Illinois without a notice. They said they sent an email on feb 16 but I never received anything. The last email in any of my folders containing jefe, jefebet, Emily and Sofia (their rude support agents) was from December when I waited 3 weeks for a redemption.

Nobody in Illinois in any of my discords got any kind of notification or email. Bunch of liars.

Once again I put my redemption request on February 14 and here we are on March 18th and still "pending " I have never seen anything like it in my life I feel like I was really scammed. Guess will update once I get my money will update if I ever get it .
