Second arm break and first time they said ( 6 months old glasses) we will fix them. then obviously very poor quality break again and now they can’t possibly repair the the arm although the exact same place poor quality hence cheap stuff

Bought a pair of Jeff Banks men's short sleeve t-shirt pyjamas, 3 days ago, and they have split down the back seam already! I forgot I had bought these before, about 2 yrs ago and the same thing had happened with them. Material is so thin it frays at the slightest resistance on the seam. £12 for a pile of rubbish, don't bother with this company, it's all cheap and nasty!

Floorless design, hard-wearing, just AMAZE ING!
Cannot tell you that the quality of these frames are the best I've ever had. (40yrs wearing glasses!).
Don't knock them till you've 'lived' them.🤗

Oh dear.... a brand new cotton shirt, worn once, fraying and losing colour at the neck after ONE wear. And, advised to email in but no acknowledgement of how awful this was when I called 😢 (E.g. I am so sorry to hear this has happened you, would have been nice given how irate I was). When I pointed this lack of regard out emphatically the customer service person said they wouldn't talk to me!

If I could award less than 1 star I would. Rude inefficient customer services telephone staff who take an absolute age to do anything and speak to customers like trash then hang up on then. Nice. Especially when they lose your returns and owe you money. Way to go Jeff Banks - you’ll be bust in a few years at this rate. I will never shop with you again.

Visited the Cheshire oaks branch today. Walked around the store trying to find what I needed, only one member of staff who was more interested in his mobile phone than asking if I needed assistance. Terrible place.

hi , you need to up date on men glasses design few good and most are awful ....and very limted range at specsavers ...jb marquee specs good but jb is specs ugly ......

Things you buy from this company lasts well. Good quality though the designs and patterns can be limiting. But, i guess it is about doing a few things great.
