Some How they tried to bill my New Debit Card....
I allegedly subscribed to some newsletter in 2022 for $19 so says the Customer service Rep after My Bank reached out and said JeffClarkTrader is trying to bill your Debit Card $137.55. Denied Denied...thank you BOA. Another useless subcription scheme to get folks to send money.,

We were promised a dozen Forever…
We were promised a dozen Forever Portfolio recommendations and never received that many. Right now, they are ALL tanking when other services have shown great results. Are these supposed to recover in 10 more years?
Refunds should be issued because the product is not what we were promised. And there are no new recommendations.

Not serious
Very quickly, because other unsatisfied clients have said it all, I have bought access to Jeff Clark's Options Trading through a reseller named Vauban in France. I wanted to test the service, and the result was below expectations. On August 27, I received an email advising me to buy the AI Call Option at USD 1,35, expiring on September 20, 24, at a strike price of USD 25. Fortunately, I purchased only one option and paid USD 135. A 200% gain was foreseen, with the option potentially skyrocketing to USD 6. Well, on Monday, 16 September 2024, the option price was... USD 0,10. What if I had bought five or ten options? I would be USD 700 or 1400 down. Usually, good traders monitor their trades, and when the stock/option does not take off, the position is cut quickly to save capital to be reused for other trades. But here, no reaction. Clients are left by themselves. This is unprofessional. I have canceled my membership.

Purchased a lifetime membership based on an email promoting a specific service. Shortly after, I was told by Support that the service did not exist. They denied a refund. Cost me many thousands of dollars. Buyer beware. My lifetime membership was under my email and while I cancelled the membership when I wrote this review, they still are sending me email. Assuming they can access my email thru Trustpilot, they know who I am. The bottom line is that my lifetime fee ended up being stolen. Again, buyer beware!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a 2 year subscription to Currency Trader and after 1 year they unilaterally ended the service and wanted to switch to another one. Even though they defaulted on the original contract, they refused to refund the second year. Jeff Clark Trader has also been a disappointment because of the infrequency of trades. Their sole effort is to suck as much of your money as possible. TOTAL SCAM - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!
Just had more contact with them. WHAT A JOKE!!! They say their goal is "to provide excellent customer service". They still refuse to provide a refund despite reneging on their initial subscription offer. STAY AWAY from them!!

I have been charged 2 times by this company and had to get my bank to reverse it. Years ago, I sort of remember a test mailing for $19. now at least 6 years later they charged my debit card without using any actual card info or account numbers. Watch your bank account if you by in, I did not. I don't do any trading and haven't since 2008. If they don't correct this I'm going to the DA in Delray Beach FL

This was a scam
This was a scam. The guy urged me to become a lifetime member for $6523. He said, there were no hidden fees and yearly subscription maintenance fee, but they charged my card $249 without me knowing. They are not doing what they said to do and helping the customers to make investments and earn some money to pay the bills. But they robbed me and I called them for a refund on time and they refused and came up with excuses. I can't get my money back. I called up today, and the lady said, if you unsubscribe you lose your all $6523. Nobody should trust them! These people are very dishonest!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I watched one his Online Episodes / Webinars that offered training, results, material and guidance; alone with a "90 Day Guarantee"! BS. What I bought was someone telling me what to buy, after the fact (as the market moved and I could not get the deal) and when I asked within the allotted time period - I was told that I could not have my money back, but it could apply it to another program....Why!? Scam. I am in legal proceedings right now. Read the fine print!!!
To add: I finally get a reply to my post from Jeff Clark, trader, which is exactly what damage control would write, but the video webinar that I watched multiple times, offered a 90 day guarantee, money back. There is no way in hell I would ever spend that much money without some type of backing or support. I will move forward with my legal suit, and anyone who has similar issues, can sign up with a class action with me.

The company is nothing more than a…
I have seen the reply from Jeff Clark trader below to my initial review. I still stand by my initial review.
If what they say in their reply then please provide the copy of my signed subscription form. Also provide copy of the auto renewal notice that they say was sent to me prior to the renewal of the 9/6/2023. My first enquiry with them was Mid September. Therefore, I am not sure how the renewal can be charged earlier than that. Also if this is an auto renewal then please tell me when did you make the first charge and what amount so that I can demand a refund on that too. As alluded to earlier that this operation does not appear to be above board. I have asked my credit card company to get this payment refunded asap. I certainly haven't seen the payment refunded as the Jeff Clark Trader response claims to have done. Just beware of them.
The company is nothing more than a scam. I made an enquiry with them in September 2022 and I was sent a number of emails giving me information on what they do and how I can make money. They wanted me to join them by becoming a member for a monthly/yearly premium. When you go on to the website to pay the premium the company you are paying to has a very different name. It appeared to be very fishy!! why would you advertise under the name Jeff Clark Trader and then use another company to collect the membership premium. Therefore, I did not proceed with them. I did not complete the subscription page. Further check on the reviews on line revealed that they were not someone you would want to associate with. I kept on getting phone calls from them on a daily/weekly basis trying to convince me to join the group. I just said "NO Thank You". I asked them to take my name of their database.
I did not hear from them again. However, I just received my credit card statement for September 2023. This is a year from when I first made an enquiry with them. My credit card statement shows that they have charged my credit card account with £106.96. This is nothing less than theft. I have now disputed this payment with my credit card company. Shameful act by a company that claims to be above board. Be careful - not to be trusted.

So far so good!!
I give 5 stars, but haven’t made a penny yet!! I don’t know much about stocks what I do know is my money has been sitting in there for a while and seems to be going nowhere. I needed to Lean all I could about stocks before I purchased anything else. Options is fast money if u want to make money quick then that’s one way to do it, Jeff is not the only one that says that, but its risky, you can lose a couple hundred in months rather than watch it go slowly taking years. Jeff is a good teacher as well, he slows it down for a dumdum like myself. I’m taking all the notes I can and then I will place my first option trade!! I’ll let you guys know how it goes. I also didn’t get a million emails after signing up and so far more money has been taken so I will keep you all posted. I see the bad reviews but that’s the same as putting your money in a little company for cheap stocks no one else wanted to and then bam!!! Your a millionaire ;) either way I’ll get something out of it!!

Option trading not stock trading
Bait and Switch scheme. Offers stock trading but sends you option trading. He charges twice the $19 pay today fee to your credit card, then will not refund, but wants to give you different services. I cancelled the same day I signed up and still fighting with him for my refund.

Jeff Clark trader borderline scam
This operation is part of a group of people in Florida that must make their money selling email addresses because if you sign into one you will get 10 or 15 others and you have a great deal of trouble deleting any of the accounts.
The information given is always very nebulous And is typically a “bait and switch“ scenario. I cannot recommend Jeff Clerk or any of his associates based on what I have seen and paid for and would warn people not to sign up if you don’t want days and hours of aggravation and wasted time.

Unhappy experience
I signed up for the forex trading service. After losing money on a couple of trades I noticed that they pulled back some recommendations last minute (too late for many of us whose stop loss had already been triggered) so it looked like there was not a losing trade. When I called in for a refund I was told that I was only eligible for a credit, until I pointed out section 3 of their terms and conditions which says you get a refund minus a months proration if you cancel within 30 days. When I pointed that out they agreed that I get the refund. Seems a little dishonest.

Amazing Sales People- Big Time Scammers
In fairness, my account was credited with USD 1,499, which can be used to subscribe to one of their other services. They did not issue a refund to my credit card. It is fair, considering they clearly outlined their refund policy before purchasing a subscription.
Unfortunately, they shared my email with affiliates. When I subscribed to their service, my email exploded with affiliate emails. By the way, other reviews also confirmed it.
I should've done my research, so I can only blame myself.

Who are these scammers?
Who are these scammers?
I get ten emails a day from various traders, the emails have the same format and the same interface for updating information etc.
I've changed my email address on the preferences page to one that doesn't exist, but still they come, I tried replying to these emails asking them to stop, nothing happens.
Now I am getting lots of other scam emails from other sources, they are obviously selling/sharing addresses.
If they were a legitimate firm they stop when asked to do so.
AVOID this outfit and all their guises.
