Your order was placed on a Sunday over the Bank Holiday weekend during exceptionally high temperatures of over 30°C, which created unprecedented demand for BBQ gas cylinders across the South. Like many BBQ gas suppliers, we experienced temporary shortages as large numbers of customers were understandably ordering at the same time.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns regarding an order, as our team is available Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturdays 9am–1pm, and we are always happy to help with updates or resolve any issues as quickly as possible. I used this company some time ago which is why when I resumed using bottled gas I returned to them. I was not disappointed. They are an Ace company. The gentleman who took my order was extremely helpful and courteous . The delivery was three days later and the driver was absolutely amazing. He offered to take the bottles in for me which was very kind. A great chap! If you need bottled gas don't go anywhere else.

I have used this company for Calor Gas many times. They are polite and helpful people ensuring that the order is delivered on time.
The delivery driver respected the property and even offered to put the bottle inside the house.

I needed two 5kg Patio gas bottles exchanged. They were very helpful. I left the bottles where they could see them but general public couldn't. And they were swapped just as they said they would. Fast, efficient, polite and helpful.
