I would give 0 stars if I could!! This company should be reported! Takes peoples money and doesn’t send them their cases they ordered. Do not order from here! Total scam!

I just want my money back at this point. I ordered back in September and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve sent an email to their customer service and still nothing. This seems to be the only place they actually respond.

This is a total scam site Be warned !
My daughter purchased a case from here for a birthday present for me. She even paid extra for fast delivery, needless to say it never arrived. She paid for it back in late July ! She has sent several emails to them and I have too, all we get back is an automated reply with a case number !
Extremely upsetting, as she is a school student and spent her hard earned money

Once an honest review is submitted about your scamming business, then you respond ! It was not from 2022 it was from July 2024 and I have given you the order number # 111679
Please process a refund or sent the article paid for straight away.

I wish I had of read the reviews before wasting my money. Products were never received email never responded to, DO NOT PURCHASE!!
This is nothing but a scam

I sent several emails to sales@jellycases about the items I bought that they didn’t send. At first they responded and now they have stopped responding. I bought the items in June it is now October. I got one of the three items I bought (a phone case) and as soon as I put it on my phone, it cracked. So they are shady and the products are junk. Don’t waste your time!

This company is fake. No customer service email responses. I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I let them scam money from me. Please. Do not give them your financial information. You will not get the product. My bank can’t even help me. I’m so disappointed about this.

Ordered a case and it never came. After many many emails I received a response with some postage error excuse. 4 months late still no phone case and no refund despite multiple requests. Do not buy from this company.

I've bought from them once before and my phone case arrived. However, I purchased one at the start of August and it's now almost October and I've sent COUNTLESS emails about it with no response. So FRUSTRATING. Would not recommend.

FAKE COMPANY - never received order, money was taken. Sent several emails and never got a reply.

- I did contact Jelly Cases 3 times with order number and to the email address suggested. Leaving all my contact information. Never ever got a reply - only money taken from my account!! Give money back or send product!

Total scam of a company - should have checked the reviews before ordering! Do not buy from them! No products and no customer service.

I ordered from them in July its now September and they never sent the product its a scam I sent them an email and got no reply for weeks. I wish I had done one google search and not bought from them

I ordered my jelly case on July 18 and it still hasn’t came. The tracking number does not work. I’m heated. It’s not OK to have a company that you can order from and you don’t send out what people order I want a refund.

I have purchase my phone cases from this store for over 4 years. Also great and happy with the product. I purchased 2 cases in January 2024 and they never arrived! I contacted their support multiple times and have had no response! It’s not been 8 months, almost 9 months and I have never received my case and no refund!!!!
I posted a review a month or 2 ago because it was the only way to get the store to respond. I got 1 email saying my order had been reprocessed and the cases were being sent to me. It’s now been a month and I’ve received no confirmation, tracking or further response from support!!! I’m not having to write a second HORRIBLE review in order to get a response. All I want is my case or a refund!!!

This is so disappointing I have been a customer for years and now I will never purchase anything from them again.

I was looking forward to receiving the goods. Bought it for myself as a birthday present. That day was my birthday.
So I was really disappointed when I found out it was a scam. I contacted them many times. They would be mocking me. They will continue to deceive someone.
I wrote this here so that I would not forget this pain.

Ordered couple highly priced (in USD) phone cases and a screen protector, a month later and items were never shipped and they don't respond to email. There is also no customer service number indicated on their website! Luckily my credit card dealt with the issue and reimbursed me! They must have a terrible reputation as my bank didn't ask for any evidence from my end!!

DO NOT order from this bs company. They are thieves. Still waiting for a case I ordered 4 months ago.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I spent so much money on one case A MONTH AGO and I still haven't got my tracking email. I emailed them multiple times, being told I'd get a response in 1-3 days, IT'S BEEN WEEKS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. I checked my spam folder, nothing. I tried to track my order with my order number, it doesn't work. Do not give this company your money, it seems that all they do is steal. THIS IS A PATHETIC, LOWLY, DISGUSTING COMPANY. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
