I am with them nearly 2 years deal with George he’s really nice guy. I don’t have any problem at all.
We sold our business last August having a credit of approximately £400 across two accounts .
The first issue - they couldn’t release the funds unless I gave them the contact details of the new owners . I spoke with the new owners they asked that I did not pass this information as they were making their own arrangements. This created a flow of emails and telephone calls with Jellyfish sticking firm that they would not release the money without the owners details .
We then moved tactics agreeing that they would refund the money this dance went on for months with promises given and broken , refund promised then not delivered, five months down the line the refund has arrived .
I have the trial of emails on the off chance anyone is interested.

DANGER STAY AWAY FROM SELLFISH COMPANY they robbed me over charging taken the meter out after the expired contract and they make a bill £2000 absolutely nightmare if you have account with them please be carefull now they will make your life as a hell this company is a professional to robbed innocent people DANGER AVOID THIS COMPANY TRUST ME ITS TRUE

Didn’t receive my refund when I was promised and still coming up with excuses to this date.
I have later discussed this with friends who have also had a bad experience with this company,
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!!!

Not to be trusted completely incompetent fraudsters
After changing supplier due to Jellyfish raising their prices higher than everyone else. We were left with a four figure credit on the account (this was due to JE taking a 'deposit' at the start of the contract). In October we were told this would take 7-10 days to be returned to our account. This never arrived so chased again early December to be told it would definately be in our account the following Friday. This is now long gone. Complain on phone only to be told this will be passed to our finance team who are conveniently unavailable to contact. Asked to be put through to the complaints team who promised to sort this immediately but have since had no contact or payment and now the line conveniently goes dead.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
This review is for George purvis. He has been so helpful and has given me the best service possible. I have never seen anyone so helpful as George and if i am still with jellyfish, this is because of George! Thankyou so much George for your great service.
Poor customer service,didn't get back to me when they said they would. Waited a while,but have now gone elsewhere

Absolutely horrendous customer service they talk over you and treat you like you’re dumb. I have been requesting a call back from the complaints department for almost 3 weeks at which point every single time it hasn’t been locked. Absolute joke of a company will never use them again, they should be Fine for that consideration of learning difficulties. Absolute joke of customer service. Absolute fuming with their disregard.

This company is absolutely horrible. They overcharge customers and don’t follow normal procedures or proper billing practices. It feels completely unprofessional and dishonest. Completely ignorant staff especially from credit control. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Be very careful before doing business with them.

Left a review on here two weeks ago, emailed the complaints department the same day and am still awaiting a response. When I rang Jellyfish they said that their website was misleading, and that you can't speak to anyone in the complaints department and just send an email. I've done that and am still now awaiting a response two weeks later.
Very happy to take the money and not engage with customers who have concerns about the manner in which the company has proceed in this particular case.
I have been dealing with a young gentleman named Callum who has been very helpful to me in sorting out a few problems in one of my offices with the electric meter. He is polite and on the ball, things now on track. Would recommend their service and prompt reaction to enquiries.
