I think the instructions on the packets need reviewing as the amount of water you are told to add (40ml - 50ml) is far too much, it just ran straight off the face. It has taken a few uses to get the correct consistency which has resulted in wasting product and money.

Great company
Great company, received my products with quick delivery, some products had been oit of stock so they put different products in, i emailed to say i still needed the other bits and they emailed back and said once in stock theyll send them. And they did without me having to chase them up. Very happy.
Absolutely love the products and so do my clients, there skin feels amazing.

Absolutely poor product
Absolutely poor product. You get get the right consistency, the measurements you give on the product just makes it too runny and it runs of the face. I won’t be buying this product again.

Still nort received the item after waitong 6 weeks for delivery.
Only compensation has been to refund the delivery..

Hi Morgan, We're really sad to see your review. You ordered items that were initially out of stock via our Pre-order button. When ordering we highlighted that all items would be shipped as soon as stock arrived which was 6 weeks later. Once our stock arrived your order was shipped via next day delivery Royal mail who unfortunately have been experiencing issues, we also refunded your original postage amount. We have checked your tracking number and it shows your order is out for delivery. Please send us an email as we'd love to resolve this.
